Private gated resort community with 24 hour manned security. Close to many major league spring training camps, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Miami, Orlando are less than 2 hours drive.
Our condo is located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king size bed with full bedroom set, walk-in closet, flat screen internet ready TV and DVD player. The master bath has double sinks and oversized tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and TV. The third bedroom/office has a queen bed, TV and a desk. The living room has 2 blue & white loveseats, 39' flat screen TV, blu-ray player, and leads onto a screened-in porch/lanai. The condo has a 1 car garage to keep your car out of the Florida heat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking dishware. The unit has a full size washer and dryer and utility sink. Linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are provided.
• Please, no smoking, no pets, no trucks (including pickups), no trailers overnight, no RV's allowed (Condo Association rules).
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Just a short walk to the ocean with heated pools, a hot tub, a sauna, the fitness room, volleyball, basketball and planned activities. A tiki bar at the pool open daily for, breakfast,lunches and drinks. Dine at the gourmet award winning restaurant 'The Inn at Ocean Village.' with live music or dancing. Nearby the marina has fishing charters, boat rentals, manatee tours, sunset cruises and more. There are miles of uncrowed beaches that you can fish for Pompano in the surf, collect shells, etc.
