Lighthouse Point is a luxurious and spacious colonial style home, built on prime waterfront in 2011/12. Every one of it's 60 windows has stunning, uninterrupted waterviews across Covehead Bay, or the St. Lawrence, guaranteeing beautiful sunrises, amazing sunsets and an abundance of wildlife. With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, it sleeps 14 people in spacious luxury. An open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which open out onto a wrap around deck, are perfect for entertaining. The vaulted sun room and observatory add a grandeur which will make your stay even more memorable.
The home comprises of 6200 sq ft arranged over 4 floors.
Lower Ground Floor: Double Garage - containing equipment for outdoor activities such as, cycling, badminton, boule and more. Bedroom with a double bed. Full Bathroom - perfect for when you come back from the beach. Rec Room - Large flat screen TV, games console and games, darts, ping pong table.
Main Floor : The heart of the home comprises of the Grand room, with large flat screen TV, ample comfy seating and a propane fireplace. The kitchen, with it's 36 inch 5 ring professional range, large island unit and walk in pantry, allows for easy catering and entertaining. The dining room has patio doors leading out to the deck, with sun loungers and a barbecue. A sun-room brings the outdoors in. There are easy chairs, a lounger and extra dining for 6 people. The vaulted ceiling accommodates the observatory, with even more seating and beautiful views. The main level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath. Second Floor: Master Suite - King size sleigh bed, luxury en suite with claw and ball soaker tub, double sinks, double walk in shower and toilet. Adjoining bedroom with bunk beds. Sunrise Room : Queen bed. En-suite with shower, vanity and toilet. Sunset room: Queen bed. En-suite with shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry room - Beach towels, spare linens. Front load washer and dryer.
3rd Floor: The Penthouse Suite - The entire third floor of the house is the penthouse suite, with queen bed, it's own private balcony, kitchenette, seating area and en suite bathroom. Windows on every aspect, give panoramic views through 360 degrees. The private balcony gives you breathtaking views of sunsets and eagles that fly so close, you won't need a zoom on your camera.
Lighthouse Point is a no pets vacation property. This is not only for the comfort of all our guests, but also because there is a fox den close to the home ( the cubs can be seen in late July) and the bald eagles occasionally sit on the fence before their next fishing trip. Lighthouse Point is a non smoking property.

Check in on Saturday is from 4pm and Check out on Saturday is before 11am. This is to allow our cleaning staff to ensure that the property is ready for our next guests.
We do not rent the property out for weddings or other events.

The home was built in a classic Colonial style with all the grandeur and appeal of a historic home, but with modern day luxuries. The location of the home was chosen for it's exceptional views and with an abundance of windows, you can see water and wildlife from every aspect.
