Extra large living room with TV, VCR and WI-FI. Kitchen includes long counter, microwave, coffee maker, and a larger apartment-size refrigerator for longer stays. Recently redone, this studio has hardwood floors, seagrass rugs, fresh paint, and new bedding. Bedroom also has TV. Well-appointed and serene, this condo makes your stay at the beach perfect. Swim or relax poolside in the Seacrest 12,000 sq ft resort pool surrounded by palm trees. Beautiful beaches are a short walk, or also accessible by the tram that will take you and your belongings directly across Hwy 30A, and bring you back when you're ready. Bike rentals and wonderful restaurants are located in the retail spaces below this condo. Other delicious food choices are all along Hwy 30A. The decor was very nice. The king size bed was comfy!! It had everything we needed just to hang out at beach and pool. We will return!Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

We loved our stay here! The condo was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfy too. Great location, I block from Rosemary Beach. Great & prompt communication from the owner. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Welcome to the Emerald Coast! Our family fell in love with this part of Hwy 30A years ago and have been vacationing here ever since. The beaches are the best anywhere in the US, and the neighborhoods of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach are all within walking distance. Fun, scenic, and safe for kids to ride bikes and play outdoors. We love riding our bikes along the bike paths and through these small towns while admiring the amazing architecture of the homes.
Why the Owner Chose Village of South Walton:
Location, location, location...right next door to Rosemary Beach. The Village of South Walton is a charming building that will make you feel as though you're in Charleston with the brick streets and quaint brick building. Only 4 stories tall, so you don't have the high-rise feel. Walk to the pools, beach, restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, and much more. This is a very quiet building for rest and relaxation.
