This beautiful Southern home is located just two blocks from Forsyth Park and features 4 bedrooms, 5 baths. It sleeps a whopping 12 guests in gigantic bedrooms! The Savannah vacation rental is perfect for your large family gathering, wedding groups, family, and friends. There`s several large porches for catching an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. This lovely estate was just renovated & opened September 2012. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.
The main house features a grand staircase with a chaise lounge in front of the window at the top, two matching living rooms with large flatscreen TVs and a full bathroom off the right living room with a standing shower, bedroom with a single and two queen bunk beds as well as a flatscreen TV, hall bath with a clawfoot tub, and a kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, and a dining area with seating for 6 that opens to a lovely screened porch. On the second floor the first bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as a single bed, it`s own full bathroom, and there`s a washer/dryer in the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, and full bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flatscreen TV, gigantic bathroom with a clear shower, twin pedastal sinks & clawfoot tub, chaise lounge, wet bar area, large mirrors, and access to a large porch for sitting and enjoying the Savannah breeze.
This beautiful home is just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci’s, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you`re looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.
Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $500.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $500 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1000. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler`s Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

Our group picked this house because of location. We wanted to party!! But also wanted to walk rather than drive. The problem was that this home makes you want to stay and not leave it. Our group enjoyed the space, multiple bathrooms and outside space, which made each moment at the home relaxing and comfortable. Being able to walk two blocks to the Park and then from there just one mile to the river front, made a fun time for all. That walk down Bull Street was worth the walk alone, but add on the shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful Squares made all of us enjoy the location even more. We have stayed at two properties now in Savannah. Both owned by Walt. He is professional and easy to deal with. Explains what is going to happen and willing to help if needed. I highly suggest this property. I know we are looking forward to another stay soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, and we all just fell in love with the house! It is in a great location that is convenient to downtown. We walked around during the day and took a short cab ride at night. The double living room was perfect for a bigger group. The kitchen came well-equipped too. I would highly recommend renting this house. I found the owners very easy to work with for booking the home. I didn't want to leave!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.
