This is the best waterpark condominium you may ever stay in. A luxurious 1st floor condominium with scenic towering pines and a river out your patio doors! Imagine walking by all the folks waiting at elevators on busy days. Enjoy a water park vacation without waiting at elevators, climbing stairs or looking out windows from your room. INSTEAD have easy first floor access while staying at our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the Wisconsin Dells at the beautiful Chula Vista Resort located on the Wisconsin River. Our unit also offers wonderful flexibility. Altough it cannot be rented by mulitple parties at one time, there are choices that you can make. You can rent just the 2 bedroom with its great room jacuzzi and 2 fireplaces. With its master bedroom, 2 bed guestroom and sleeper sofa in the great room it comfortably sleeps eight. Or, you can rent the adjoining unit with its own patio and kitchenette which sleeps 6. Or, you can rent them both together making it a spacious 3 bedroom for up to 14 people.ually if you don't need all the room. The 2 bedroom side features a full kitchen with granite countertops, open great room with fireplace, LCD TV and large jacuzzi. Our master bedroom has a king bed, a 2nd fireplace and a beautifully tiled walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The 2 bedroom side also has a 2nd large beautifully tiled bathroom and shower with a granite sink countertop. The adjoining unit has 2 queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, a queen sleeper sofa, 3rd full bath and a 2nd set of patio doors with patio on the river side. The 'lock off' also has a seperate keyed entrance to enter from.
The Chula Vista features 80,000 sq/ft of indoor / outdoor waterpark and a huge underground tunnel for guests to travel so they never have to go outside when going to the indoor water park when the weather gets cold. The Chula also boasts the finest dinning in the Dells at its roof top Chopshop restaurant overlooking the Wisconsin River, a full sports bar and 2nd restaurant featuring the finest buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Chula also boasts a first class spa, fitness room and the 18 hole beautifully maintained Cold Water Canyon golf course.

My siblings and I took our 86 year old mother here for a mother's day weekend-it was perfect! We watched movies, played cards, used the hot tub, had the Mother's Day Buffet at the Hotel......We had everything we needed here except a little warmer weather! My mother and my brother each use wheelchairs/walkers and there was plenty ;of room. As we were loading the car at the end of our weekend, our mom said it all.."this was the best Mother's Day I ever had!"Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are 2 hours from the Dells and love going to our condo at the Chula Vista any season of the year because it is so peaceful along the river. And, because our unit holds 14 people we really enjoy vacationing with another family who will have their own private room on the 'lock out' side...if the kids don't grab it first!
Why the Owner Chose Wisconsin Dells:
The Chula Vista is the only resort at the Dells where one can truly experience a northwoods getaway of towering pines and quiet walks as well as all of the activities when enjoying a water park resort. In fall the colors are beautiful, in winter there are downhill and xcountry ski areas nearby for day activities and in summer there is a fabulous golf course right at the resort...and that's on top of all the fun things to do at the Dells.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
What is unique about the Chula is that it is a waterpark but in the forest and along the river. What is incredibly unique about our condo at the Chula is we are on the first floor with a patio making for easy access and the ability to open the patio doors with screens and let the sun come in or sit outside your room. You cannot do that with any other floor.
