Want to be close enough to walk to the slopes and the town of Breckenridge while still being able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation? Look no further!

This 816 square foot, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in the Warriors Mark neighborhood in Breckenridge sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen size mattress. The second bedroom has a full size bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a queen size mattress. There are 2 full bathrooms that have separate sinks and vanities, to allow for ease of use. All sheets, bedding and towels are provided. There are plenty of blankets in the closets to help you stay warm on those cold days.

The kitchen is fully equipped, should you feel like cooking. There is an oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also a toaster and a Keurig single serve coffee machine, that comes with 8 servings for each day of your stay, in a variety of flavors and drink types. Specific requests can generally be accommodated and more servings can be provided at a cost of $1 each.

The kitchen countertops are granite, and provide seating for 3 on barstools. There is a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably, and the table looks out of the window. The Living room features a gas fireplace to keep things cozy. Enjoy sitting in front of the fire after a long day on the slopes and watch cable television on a 40' LCD! There is also a dvd player should you want to bring your own movies. Free Wifi is included in your stay as well! A selection of board games are provided for your enjoyment. Or just sit in front of the fire and read a good book.

A washer and dryer are provided in the unit at no charge so you can do your laundry. There are large closets in each bedroom with plenty of hangers for all of your clothes. There are also dressers in each bedroom for additional storage. In the entryway, there is a large closet to store jackets and ski gear.

From the door, it is a short ten minute walk to the quicksilver chair, which will take you up peak 9. Its a perfect walk to warm your legs up for the day ahead. On a snowy day you can ski most of the way down the street. There is also a free shuttle provided by the town of breckenridge right outside of the building should you not feel like walking. Schedules for the buses are provided in the condo.

Main street is less than a mile from the door, with all of its excellent restaurants and nightlife, as well as plenty of shopping. Take a nice relaxing stroll through town and check out the historical sites throughout Breckenridge. There is a guide in the condo to my favorite places to eat and drink in breckenridge to help make such important decisions. Once in Breckenridge, there is free public transportation that will take you all over summit county, including to Frisco, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper, and most places in Breckenridge are walking distance from the condo.

This is one of the finest condos available in Warriors Mark, and a great value as well. This is my first season owning this property, so please do not let the lack of reviews deter you. I do everything I can to ensure my guests have a great stay at my condo, and so far the feedback has been very positive.

The Warriors Mark neighborhood is located less than a mile south of main street in Breckenridge, and less than half a mile from the lifts at the world-class Breckenridge Ski Resort. Walk to the ski area, or ski on a snowy day, or take the free breckenridge trolley, which conveniently stops right outside the building, every hour. Main Street is a short 10 minute walk to superb dining, excellent shopping and great nightlife. Warriors Mark is close to the action, yet quiet enough to truly allow you to relax.

About the owner: My name is Alex Gelb. I have been fortunate enough to live in the wonderful state of Colorado for the past 3 years. I own a small solar and roofing company that operates in the greater Denver area. I absolutely love being in the mountains...I enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter at the many world class resorts nearby. In summer, I like to hike the high peaks (the picture is Father Dyer peak, just south of town), rockclimb and ride my bike. My dream is to one day live in Breckenridge full time. Until then, I invite you to use my home!

Why the Owner Chose Asgard Haus:
I have always loved the town of Breckenridge. I vacationed here a couple of times as a kid and always had an amazing time. To own a condo in this town is a dream come true. To me, the Asgard Haus was the perfect condo because it is walking distance to the chairlifts and main street, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes. There is a free town shuttle right outside the property and there is also a summit stage stop right across highway 9, so transportation is easy and reliable. The condo itself has been fully remodeled with high end finishes throughout.
