Rising 50ft.,overlooking award winning community of Seaside, this four story home is designed for elegant but practical beach living. Your south facing fourth floor wetbar/look out provides spectacular views of the Gulf from Destin to Panama City. There are Gulf views from almost all rooms in home.
Your private large elevator takes you to the spacious third floor living/dining/kitchen area. A bedroom with queen bed, private bath and balcony also on this floor. Second floor has three bedrooms including master with king bed, large private deck and private bath; bedroom with two sets of adult size bunks, another luxury bath with granite counters, bedroom with queen bed and private balcony overlooking pool and Gulf. First floor features stained concrete floor with laundry and spacious front door entry with seating.
There is also large efficiency with queen murphy bed, loft with king bed, full kitchen,large screen tv, DVD, stereo, and full bath. Right out back is large gunite pool with spa, private landscaped backyard featuring many palms and other native vegetation with built in upscale gas grill too. Parking on site for four cars - no traffic since Cypress Hill Rd. ends at this home; beach within 100 yards; Seaside right outside your front door!

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
The beaches between Destin and Panama City, along Scenic 30A, are among the most beautiful in the world. The beautiful warm emerald green Gulf and the interesting architecture in the various small upscale communities in our area are most appealing. We avoid the crowds since Scenic 30A has only single family homes and low rise small condominiums.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the ability to walk to everything since all amenities are very close to our homes- (within a 5 minute walk). Seaside is right outside our front door! We are closer to the beach than virtually all homes in our area- a less than two minute walk- third home back off the beach.
Our views over the Gulf, Seaside, and Seagrove are absolutely spectacular! Our combination of large home size, elevators, private pools, superior decor and furnishings, beautiful landscaping, fenced property with no thru traffic, location, and price cannot be beat!!!

Katie is a freshman at The University of Georgia Honors Program. Julia is in 11th grade at Greater Atlanta Christian School and is an avid rower. Emilie and I (Chuck) try to keep up with our daughters in addition to work and spending time at our beautiful beach.
We very much enjoy hosting great beach vacations for our guests when we cannot be there ourselves!

Just got home from an awsome week at Azure Leisure. My husband and I took my daughter and 2 friends. Another couple joined us Tuesday and another Wednesday with a baby. WE all fit without a single problem. The downstairs kitchen is perfect for coming home from the beach still sandy, having a snack and a drink by the pool. The pool is nice and shady by the afternoon. The elevator helps you get everything to floor where it's needed. It was funny waking up the first day and thinking do I need to go up or down to go to the kitchen - either would have worked! The deck off the living room is where we all gathered everyday at 6:20 for a sunset cocktail. The view is the best we have ever experienced! There was never a cloud in the sky the whole week! You could even hear the bell at Bud and Alley's when the sun set. The convenience of Seaside was perfect except for the fact we had to walk all the way down the fence and back up. Not sure why there couldn't be a gate put in? We would love to stay at this house again - location, floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, never ending hot water, water views...
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family enjoyed our stay at Azure Leisure. There were 7 adults and one baby and we were comfortable albeit the living area wasn't equipped to hold many more than 7 adults (just a sofa and oversized chair for comfortable seating--the rest of the seating is dining chairs/stools). The views were beautiful from the top floor and the main living area floor. The house is located right next to Seaside and you can easily walk there which was nice. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to enjoy several memorable meals. It was also nice to have the elevator for luggage/grocery transport. Our biggest complaint is that we paid extra to have the pool/hot tub heated but it never really heated up to a comfortable level so that was a waste of money.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Loved Beauty and the Beast play at Watercolor and movie night at Seaside; dancing at Bud and Allys; Shell Island; watching dolphins; FFF (forced family fun)- cards, seven games of Monopoly, family biking, walking for ice cream and shopping. Thank you for sharing your beaurtiful home with us! It made our Mom's dream come true-being together and spending time at the beach.

Fabulous Thanksgiving with surf and turf (22 lobsters flown in from Maine!); Fabulous desserts from Heavenly Shortcake in Seaside;...no one is ready to go home- we loved being in your homes! The elevators were a big hit.
