This charming apartment is located in the Rue Saint Martin, in the heart of Beaubourg area, just in front of Georges Pompidou Centre, midway between Le Marais quarter and Les Halles. The location is at a few minutes walking distance from the main attractions of Parisian tourism: Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum, Picasso Museum, Palais Royal, etc. The apartment is very near the Châtelet Metro station, crossing point of all the following Metro lines: 1, 4 ,7, 11, 14, RER A, B et D. RER B line is directly connected with Charles de Gaulle/Roissy and Orly Parisian airports.
The apartment is at 5th and last French floor of an ancient fully renovated building, providing an elevator from the 1st French floor. It is 40 square metres wide and the windows open on an internal private courtyard. Therefore the flat is plenty of light and really very quiet.
It is furnished by a double bed (140x200 cms), a wide bookcase, a sofa and two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a wide double cupboard and minor furnishings, telephone, cable TV and high speed Internet connection.
