This condo has everything you need to make your vacation exactly what you've been hoping for.
Great amenities on the grounds is the pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, clubhouse (great for hosting larger gatherings if traveling with a group - reservations required for private use).
Although located 500 yards from the ski mountain, there is a free transit in Steamboat available to you year round that includes the gondola and many other stops around town.
Comfortably furnished with mountain style furniture, you will enjoy the home feel when you return after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals to keep your energy high while you try to maximize you time in Steamboat Springs. The dining area has seating for 6. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy the fireplace. This is the perk for guests sleeping on the sofa bed - there is nothing like laying in bed with a fireplace nearby.
The master bedroom has a queen bed made up just the way you need to help recharge for another big day with soft sheets and a down comforter. The master has a private bathroom stocked with great necessities to help minimize your packing. We are responsible with our environmental footprint and have provided full-size shampoo, condition, body wash, lotion, and hand soaps for you to use during your stay. Along with quality towels and the standard paper products such as toilet paper and tissues, we have provided Q-tips, cotton balls, and makeup specific wash cloths.
The second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle neatly tucked away beneath it. Both beds are made up with soft sheets and down comforters to keep everyone cozy warm.
The shared bathroom in the hall has the same great amenities as the master bath. This bathroom is perfectly divided with a door that separates the sink from the shower and toilet which comes in handy with multiple people getting ready at the same time.
If you are traveling with a little one, please let me know and I can set up a pack-n-play to keep your pumpkin comfortable while they sleep.
Please consider other services that I provide such as grocery delivery, ski rentals (using D2D my guests have received excellent care- book early and receive a 20% discount) and decorating (birthday, anniversary, Christmas, etc). Some things I've done in the past for special event trips is flowers, cake, wine, balloons, private catered meals, have presents there that were mailed to me-- really it is endless.

Our family of 4 fit happily into this space for 5 nights. We didn't need the living room pullout bed, which gave us a nice living space experience. The trundle bed that pulls out was a bit dangerous to shins and feet (our son stepped into the corner making the bed and scraped up his foot quite badly on the corner hardware) so we kept the covers over the frame as protection! Parking was easy and just steps from the ground-level unit. The kitchen was clean and everything worked - and a kettle was brought within a couple of hours of asking for one! We actually cooked a couple of times a day and the stove, fridge and dishwasher all served us well. This property isn't new but obviously well built and maintained as it felt fresh and clean. We wished we had brought robes for the cold walk back to the condo after a dip in the hot tubs. We thought we might walk to the ski lifts, but it is uphill and the shuttle happened to be there loading every time we went out...and never more than a 10 min wait coming home.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

2 bed 2 bath condo about 5 minute ride to steamboat springs base, the condo was Cowan wig good kitchen pots, pans , dishes, etc. .the gas I fireplace was perfect wit all amentities of home. The manager is excellent, with very accommodating. Fantastic value and great experience. Clubhouse has 3 hot tubs and heated pool..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place is great - heated pool, 3 hot tubs, easy access to slopes and downtown via shuttle that comes by often, tasty donuts and coffee every morning, lockers and plenty of other great amenities. Host was very accomodating and helped us with referrals for local rentals and places to go. Will definitely return! Thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Just back from a 5 night stay at this unit in Steamboat. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very convenient for our family of 4. The kids are big enough now that they don't like sharing a bed. One deciding factor for us was the pull out trundle twin bed in the second bedroom. The first floor location was excellent. The shuttle to the gondola was very convenient and quick. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc. Bathrooms were well stocked as well. Overall a great place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a young family completely in love with Steamboat Springs. We can't imagine living anywhere else and will probably be here forever. We have truly enjoyed living here full time for the last 5 years, but we have an itch to have some acreage. We are looking forward to having a garden and maybe even a couple of chickens! So, with our family growing (expecting baby #2) we are moving 15 minutes away. We are so excited but a little sad too because we have put our time, sweat, and love into remodeling our condo to make it ours. We really hope you have a great time and we look forward to hearing about your experiences.
Why the Owner Chose Timber Run:
We bought this condo because of the great location and all the perks that the complex offers. We love relaxing at the pool (biggest around) and soaking in the hot tubs.
