My spacious ground floor condo offers south facing lanai with lush garden and lake view. Master bedroom includes kingsize bed, walk-in closet, TV, and bath. Second bedroom includes trundle bed which converts to two single beds, TV, fully equipped office with internet, wireless router and printer. The living room contains a sofa which converts to a full bed, TV, and leads to the lanai and dining area. Of course, all TVs offer cable, a DVD player and radios are included. All linens are provided and kitchen fully equipped. Walk to pool & spa. (or hit the beach with beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided) Shopping center close by with everything you need to settle in and enjoy the SUN!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at your condo. It was everything you advertized. We particularly liked the "Clam Pass Beach" and the comunity pool. It is conveniently located to all the wonderful things that Naples has to offer. We met many of the wonderful neighbors who made us feel welcome and at home.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing.
Owner response: I know how great Naples Bath and Tennis is, but my recent guests feel the same way. First of all the neighbors are the best, then the pool and spa, and beautiful surroundings make this condo a favorite vacation spot. Being located close to shops, the beach and downtown Naples while hidden behind lovely walking paths make it the ideal spot to relax.

The Condo was exactly as described & photos were up to date Position was excellent being 12 mins from downtown & less than that to Vanderbilt Beach Surrounded by restaurants & shops - car is a must Owner Cheryl was a pleasure to deal with & exceedingly helpful The NBAT is a safe community with friendly neighbours Pool etc. great fun (Tennis courts on site) Lots of Golf courses around you We look forward to returning next year Cheryl thanks for making it so simple & enjoyableRecommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

About the owner: After my family moved to Naples (and I wanted to see my grandchildren) I came down from my home in McLean, VA and never wanted to return! I still spend time in McLean and when I am there, my lovely condo is available to folks who want to enjoy the sun and warm Gulf of Mexico beaches.

Everyone who visits or lives at Naples Bath and Tennis is impressed with the beauty of the surrounding vegetation, the secluded feeling one has in a gated community, the opportunity to take an early morning walk around the lakes or hop in the pool or spa. And just around the corner are numerous stores and restaurants. The lively 5th Ave. is a short drive away with access to the wonderful beaches of Naples.
