  Thanks for a great vacation! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and what an incredible view! Talk about a great way to start and end a day: eating breakfast out on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunset from the balcony in the evening. Absolutely beautiful! The condo was tastefully decorated, the beds were quite comfy, and the flat screen TVs were a nice touch. Also, having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. Very pleased with the condo. Honestly, I wasn’t ready to leave when the time came. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

  Owner response: My wife and I recently made enhancements to the condo and are pleased to receive this review. We replaced all mattresses, including a new king-sized Serta gel-memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. We also replaced the flat screen TV in the master bedroom with a larger one and had it mounted on the wall to provide additional space. Fixtures were updated in the bathrooms and painting and other maintenance type items were completed as well. And I agree with the reviewer - The views from the condo's balcony are indeed spectacular!

  I will preface my comments by saying the owner, Carl, was very responsive to our concerns while staying at this unit and even gave us a partial refund. This condo was incredibly disappointing. It was not clean. For example, there were dead bugs in the overhead kitchen lights, crumbs under the toaster and filthy door walls leading the the lanai. The heavily chipped furniture in both bedrooms appeared to be second-hand and had been painted at least once. One of the twin beds in the guest room was broken. There was even a used bar of soap in the master bathroom medicine cabinet. Gross!!!! The management company sent a cleaning person, but we had to clean up after him. He wiped the crumbs from the toaster (which was on a shelf) onto the kitchen counter top and left them there. And there was water all over the floor from the bucket he used. So we had to wipe all that up. And the bed in the master bedroom - very, very uncomfortable. Light in guest room didn't work. Very little drawer space (one tiny chest in each bedroom). Saggy, worn sofa in living area. We left two days early. This unit is in serious need of updating and care! On a more positive note, because it is on the top floor, it was very quiet.

  Owner response: We responded proactively to the renter's concerns, sending individuals promptly to the condo to address and fix them. We also provided a significant refund of rent. We have received many positive responses from others staying at the condo, including both shortly before and after this renter's visit. My wife and I will be staying in the condo one week in April and intend to paint, purchase new mattresses, provide for a larger flat screen TV in the master bedroom and make other enhancements. This condo has been very popular with renters as evidenced by rentals made far in advance and by return customers. Our plan is to make investments to ensure that it continues to be a pleasant place to visit.

  my new husband and I have been staying at this condo for 2 years now and we absolutely love it! it has everything we need. the views are outstanding and the location is perfect! we just love to sip our tea each morning overlooking the water with almost everyday dolphin sightings. our next adventure leads us to a walk on the beach looking for shells. with limited beach access on the island you cant beat being able to walk down from the condo directly on the beach and not having to fight to park anywhere else. the condo is fully equipped to prepare meals every night or to go out to the wonderful restaurants near by, we highly recommend Sasso's. i would recommend this condo to anyone who loves waking up to the sound of calming ocean waves, who loves watching the pelicans fly by and the dolphins swim by, and to anyone who loves a beautiful sunset and to fall alseep to the sound of the ocean.

  The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Carl was great with communication and we had a great week. The condo is located on the South end of the Island which we loved because it was private and quiet. The shells are amazing and the views were incredible. Added bonuses were the washer and dryer, the easy access to the pool and ocean, the beach chairs, beach towels and the huge balcony!! Thank you for a great week - we found quite a few little local places that we loved. We plan to return very soon.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
