Horseshoe Bay is 45 minutes northwest of Austin (near Marble Falls) and about 1-1/2 hrs. north of San Antonio. Nearby marina with boat and jet ski rentals and mini-water park. Visit Schlitterbahn Water Park, historic Fredericksburg or tour the Texas Wine Trail - all within an hour of this great townhouse.

My husband and I lived in the Dallas area for many years. It's where we raised our children and spent many happy years. This property showed us that this area is where we want to live, so we moved down from Dallas in 2008 and and are seriously enjoying the area!

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
This property is on a quiet street, yet right in the middle of the action. There is nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise or watching the stars during a moonlight boat cruise before bedtime. Just minutes from Marble Falls, groceries, etc. the location is ideal. And we've tried to make the decor fun and very family oriented!
