We recently purchased and updated our condo located in the historic district within steps of 30 acre Forsyth Park. The pet friendly park plays host to an array of free events, concerts, and festivals. You can stop by the Farmer's Market on Saturdays, take a 1 mile jog or walk around the park, or just plop down a blanket and hang out. The park also contains tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, garden, and historic fountain. If you can't go without your Starbucks, the Forsyth Park Cafe serves a limited menu.
Don't worry about the keys here! Our unit is equipped with a key less entry system that will be programmed with a 4 digit code of your choice.
Our colorful condo features a fully stocked efficiency kitchen with granite counter tops, quality pots and pans, and breakfast bar. The bathroom is loaded with black granite and is accentuated by a custom wood vanity. In the bedroom you will find a new queen size pillow top mattress with cozy linens accompanied by a small built in desk top and wall mounted flat screen TV. The living/dining area is furnished with a futon that converts to a delightful queen size bed. Out back is a small covered patio with bistro style table and chairs where you are free to use our portable charcoal grill
As dog lovers ourselves, we understand they are indeed part of the family. We welcome all well behaved, house trained dogs. We do not discriminate against dog size...only dog behavior!!!

The owner went above and beyond to welcome us. We made last minute plans to stay here, and she was more than accommodating! The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. It would be a great place for a couple to stay, or even a family with 1 or 2 kids that wouldn't mind sleeping on the futon. The updated modern style of the place was very welcoming. The location was perfect for walking around the historic district. The off street parking was a definite bonus!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing.

Perfect location. House is equipped with everything you need. Owners extremely helpful and gracious. We had a great time, and our dog did, too.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is even nicer that it shows in the images and was perfect for our weekend getaway! It is less than 300 feet from Forsyth Park which was perfect for exercising our dog. It is about a 10 min walk to the histoic park which was perfect distance as when we returned back to the condo we could enjoy some peace and solidarity. We had asked the owner for some food and night life recomendations and they were great leads! We would defintiley stay here again when we return to Savannah. OH, I almost forgot about the keyless lock system...the way to go while on the go!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This place was gorgeous and close to everything. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend, myself and our dogs. The futon would have been perfect for a third person or kids. It was well stocked with everything you could need for a weekend stay and truly felt like you were at home. It is right across the street from Forsyth Park which is perfect for walking the dogs. Traci made it very easy to confirm the rental and having a code instead of a key is brilliant. No need to worry about losing a spare key! We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Savannah.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
