Relax and enjoy our villa. You have found the perfect vacation spot! Our villa is bright and cheery and overlooks the Fazio Golf Course. Golf, ocean, marina, tennis, biking are all nearby. We have included 2 bikes with the rental.
Hilton Head Island is one of the most beautiful places and St. Andrew's in Palmetto Dunes is an exceptional location. Our villa has had a facelift with freshly painted walls, new kitchen counter(corian), new ceiling fan, new washer, new dryer. We have recently purchased new pillow top mattresses for all the beds. And high speed internet is now available. Take a look at our recent photos.
Our villa is in a prime location. The spectacular beach is a short two minute car ride or 10 minute bike ride. Shelter Cove is easily accessible by walking or biking. Many restaurants and a marina are found there and a variety of community activities take place at Shelter Cove. The refreshing community pool is just a short walk away.
Our villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps six. The newly painted master bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed, armoire, soft leather chair, ceiling fan and large closet. And a brand new comfortable mattress and a new Tommy Bahama headboard!The TV has been updated to a new 32 inch HD. There is a complete bath adjoining this room. Climb the circular stairs to the newly decorated loft bedroom. Again new mattresses and headboards. A perfect getaway for the kids! There are two single beds in this room as well as a dresser, complete bath, ceiling fan and closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Jenn-Air stove/cook top, side by side refrigerator with ice maker,new dishwasher, microwave,George Forman Grill, blender, toaster, mixer-everything needed to make a delicious meal! There are two stools located on the outside counter. Step down into the dining area (seats six) and watch the golfers tee off at the 15th hole. Move to the living area where a sofa and love seat offer seating and both open to accommodate extra sleeping needs. A comfortable rocking chair has been conveniently placed by the corner window for some relaxing time! There is a brand new 42 inch HD flat screen TV with VCR/DVD combo and a CD player in the entertainment center. We have placed a variety of movies for our guests enjoyment!
Open the french doors to the outside deck and relax on the chairs while looking over the golf course and pond. Watch the fascinating wildlife! A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located near the front entrance.
