We stayed in this condo for 5 nights - 3 couples. All we needed or wanted had been anticipated by the owner. All the beach gear, beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, top quality bedding and bath supplies were there for our enjoyment. A minor repair to the dishwasher was handled by the owner within 24 hours - long distance. At the pool, while we were barbecuing, we met an owner who gave us good advice about local eateries, golf, and snorkeling secrets. The advice about getting the Foodland discount card was excellent advice - we saved $50 in one trip. All the advance information sent to us by the owner was accurate, timely and easy to understand. The library of books, videos etc, were welcome, and the travel guides were much appreciated. We have only praise for this gracious, comfortable home away.

We would like to thank you again for your hospitality and for sharing your wonderful villas with us. We were so pleased with our two week stay from the minute we walk in…..until the moment we left. The beds are so comfortable, it’s clean, well equip, and all the little extras like boogie boards and coolers. We took our two young adult daughters and one boyfriend so we needed a fair amount of space and the villas was perfect. This is the second time we've been to the beautiful Kauai, and our first time staying at the north shore. What an amazing place……we can’t wait to come back. Thanks again..........

Bryan I had such a good time at your place! What I liked the best was the site manager. He runs the place like a precision watch. I can not believe how lucky you are to have a wonderful manager like Mark! I will stay at your place again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is well furnished with everything one might need. The north coast was beautiful, but the swells were very high being that it was winter. We particularly enjoyed a helicopter tour and a boat tour along the coast. Everyone at the condo complex was very friendly and helpful.

I am so glad that we decided to stay at your condo! Myself and 5 friends, needed the 3 bedrooms so, your place, and the price was definitely right. The guys were just a short drive from some of the best kite surfing, near Tunnels Reef, and we hit a different beach every day. The gals went horseback riding the first morning of our stay at the Princeville Ranch. They have a good operation there if you are so inclined. Snorkeling is really great up at Kee Beach and at Anini. We rented snorkel gear from a discount place next to Post Card's Cafe (by the way, great food!). It's cheaper than some others but, be careful, sometimes you get what you pay for. If you want to see nature at its best and get some great photo ops, you will never regret a hike along the Na Pali coast. Shopping in Hanalei was fun and if you're lucky, you may even have a chance meeting with a celebrity. We ran into Pierce Brosnan at Tropical Taco! Bryan and Lori, thank you for everything. The booking process was easy and we feel like we made some new friends. We will definitely stay at your place again!

We stayed in Bryan and Lori's place between Christmas and New Years and had a great time. Open floor plan, spacious rooms, fantastic location. We would stay here again next time we find ourselves on Kauai! Fantastic.

A wonderful sanctuary. We enjoyed every minute on Kauai. Bryan and Lori's Villa is very comfortable and perfect for families. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Aloha, Spending 5 weeks in your house was an amazing experience. The place began to feel lik eit was our home as the weeks went by. We managed to explore just about every hidden place on the island during our stay. And of course we found some great spots to soak up the hawaiian vibe. The furnishings in the house were nice and we particularly enjoyed the giant beds after roaming the beaches and trails. We made friends with your neighbors and discovered that with the right attitude one can even get free wireless access from the good people next door :D We are now the proud owners of a MaKai card (which we highly recommend for anyone staying there) from the Foodland. It will save you a ton of money when shopping for groceries. Everyone who stay there simply must get on the schedule for the local farmers markets and has to find their way to the fish market (Dolphin Market) down in Hanalei. Between these two places we had the finest food on the planet. Mahalo nui loa

Bryan & LoriYou have abeautiful house and a wonderful location. We are so glad we chose the north shore to stay. We went to 2 Luau’s, Princeville Resort and Smith Family Luau. Princeville had better food but the Smith Family had the greatest show. We flew in a helicopter and the Na Pali coast is a must see.Thank you so much for the use of such a beautiful home.Hanalei is by far my favorite town.We had the opportunity to surf & swim with Pierce Brosnan too!The Matlock Family
