Brand new three bedroom, three bath luxury Villa located in Princeville, Kauai just steps from the Makai Golf Course country club. Includes two master suites with king-size beds and air conditioning. First master suite has a walk-in glass block shower while the second master suite includes private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Third guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and adjacent full-size bath.

Our beautiful home will sleep six privately. Beds all have top of the line box top or pillow top mattresses for your sleeping pleasure! Granite counter tops throughout. Full gourmet kitchen, entertainment center with TV, DVD/VCR player, full-size stacked washer and dryer, all linens provided including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, charcoal grill, attached one car garage, beach rinse off area; heated community pool with BBQ grill also just steps away.

The Villa offers a heated community pool and hot tub with community BBQ. Nearby: Golfing on The Prince or Makai Golf Courses, enjoy a day at The Princeville Health Club and Spa. The Princeville Center offers a grocery, bank/ATM, post office, restaurants and shops. Kilauea, with its majestic lighthouse and bird sanctuary, along with the quaint little town of Hanalei. More entertainment options include: numerous beautiful beaches, hiking the Kalalua Trail on the Na Pali coast, snorkeling and swimming, surfing world famous Hanalei Bay and "Tunnels," scuba diving, boating, windsurfing, ocean and river kayaking, helicopter tours, and horseback riding are all within a 10 minute drive. Other island activities include hiking the Waimea Canyon, which is referred to as "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific," deep sea fishing, boat excursions for whale and dolphin watching, bicycling, and boogie boarding. Don’t forget that rest and relaxation are also available!

  • I am so glad that we decided to stay at your condo! Myself and 5 friends, needed the 3 bedrooms so, your place, and the price was definitely right. The guys were just a short drive from some of the best kite surfing, near Tunnels Reef, and we hit a different beach every day. The gals went horseback riding the first morning of our stay at the Princeville Ranch. They have a good operation there if you are so inclined. Snorkeling is really great up at Kee Beach and at Anini. We rented snorkel gear from a discount place next to Post Card's Cafe (by the way, great food!). It's cheaper than some others but, be careful, sometimes you get what you pay for. If you want to see nature at its best and get some great photo ops, you will never regret a hike along the Na Pali coast. Shopping in Hanalei was fun and if you're lucky, you may even have a chance meeting with a celebrity. We ran into Pierce Brosnan at Tropical Taco! Bryan and Lori, thank you for everything. The booking process was easy and we feel like we made some new friends. We will definitely stay at your place again!

  • Aloha, Spending 5 weeks in your house was an amazing experience. The place began to feel lik eit was our home as the weeks went by. We managed to explore just about every hidden place on the island during our stay. And of course we found some great spots to soak up the hawaiian vibe. The furnishings in the house were nice and we particularly enjoyed the giant beds after roaming the beaches and trails. We made friends with your neighbors and discovered that with the right attitude one can even get free wireless access from the good people next door :D We are now the proud owners of a MaKai card (which we highly recommend for anyone staying there) from the Foodland. It will save you a ton of money when shopping for groceries. Everyone who stay there simply must get on the schedule for the local farmers markets and has to find their way to the fish market (Dolphin Market) down in Hanalei. Between these two places we had the finest food on the planet. Mahalo nui loa

    Bryan & Lori You have abeautiful house and a wonderful location. We are so glad we chose the north shore to stay. We went to 2 Luau’s, Princeville Resort and Smith Family Luau. Princeville had better food but the Smith Family had the greatest show. We flew in a helicopter and the Na Pali coast is a must see. Thank you so much for the use of such a beautiful home. Hanalei is by far my favorite town. We had the opportunity to surf & swim with Pierce Brosnan too! The Matlock Family

We went on the helicopter tours and loved it and we snorkeled in Tunnels and Hideaways. The food was great as well. We had breakfast at Bali Hai and dinner at Zelos. We went shopping and got fresh fish to grill at the pool. Our stay was great. Thanks for your great place!     Hawaiian Poem 3/30/05 The ocean is blue, The sky is too! Hawaii is beautiful, And so are you, The surf is high, The clouds are low, The beaches I lie, And at night the stars glow. The dolphins at play. The sun shines all day. Now what do you say? Will you come back some day? By: Carson Crawford & Brodie Waring, form Denver, Colorado. -We love to eat at the Fish Hut -Hanalei & Princeville are great beaches. -Kipu Falls is a fun place in the summer. -Kalapaki is usually sunny in the spring. -Tropical Taco has yummy food! -Wishing Well is a good place to get shave ice. Last night we went to Café Hanalei at the Princeville Hotel and guess who we saw? Pierce Brosnan. My sister & cousin made me go to the bathroom when I didn’t need to because Pierce was in there and he started talking to me. Pretty cool, huh?
