The Palms Unit 305, Decorated in tropical rich colors. Spacious gulf front end unit on the east side. Corner units have more square footage and south and east views. Added privacy. Large open floor plan with large tile through out. Master hosts a king size bed, TV, sliding glass doors to balcony with a view. Large private bath with double vanities. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed with TV and access to the second full bath with walk in shower. Living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa with Large Flat screen TV/DVD player and wide open view of the gulf of Mexico. Large spacious balcony with picturesque window on the corner. Large Kitchen to cook your meals in with bar for extra seating. Dining area with windows providing light and a view. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Graco Pack n Play available upon request. Wireless internet!!
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game stick for the kids. I also provide beach towels (6) and a few beach toys. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Beach service included in rent. Two chairs and umbrella set up each day for you at the beach. (March-Oct).

Our vacation was over just 3 weeks ago and the kids are already asking when can we go back! :) The condo was perfect for our family. LOVED having the beach right there, pool was clean, it's far enough away from the large crowds but an easy drive to any restuarant or entertainment you could think of. Great place to take the family. Everyone associated with Kim Lang Vacation Rentals and The Palms was friendly and helpful. Unit 305 is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beach access is just a dune walk-over away. When it was too warm we enjoyed the beach from the balcony or sitting in the complimentary chairs under the umbrella. We had a wonderful vacation. The location was very convenient to all our planned activities. The view was great and the access to the beach was perfect. For our 40th wedding anniversary we stayed at The Palms unit 305 and we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. This is a great condo. It is clean, fresh, and continually updated and well cared for. There is plenty of room, the decor is so cute and fun. It is right on the beach and we enjoy the large balcony. Also appreciate the fact that chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental price. One of our favorite things to do there is have breakfast on the balcony and watch for dolphins! The kitchen is well stocked and has everything that is needed to prepare a meal.
