Spent 2 months in this condo & except for restoration on the building, I was very content. Condo was nicely decorated & clean. I didn't have a car but was able to walk to shopping & the boardwalk easily. Missed not having access to the balcony but really appreciated the convenience of internet in the unit & the exercise facility. This was my first go at being a snow bird & now I wonder what took me so long to do it. All contact with owners was done through email with prompt & courteous responses.The staff at the building were also very courteous. I would recommend this property & am hoping to return next year for possibly 3 months.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
