Or you could just relax around the heated pool with screened lanai overlooking the canal. The quiet neighborhood is on a dead end street which makes it perfect for biking, or walking. Only minutes away from the downtown area or Fishermans Wharf. The living room has pocket sliders that open up to the lanai & pool area looking out to the water. The very large master bedroom & second bedroom also go out to the lanai. The master bedroom has a private bath with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower.

At first we were not thrilled with being on the far edge of PGI as last year we rented a home that was more central so walking to downtown events was possible. The quality of this home and the canal location certainly trumped our previous rental and made up for any second thoughts we had concerning its location. The house was well outfitted with quality, new furnishings. Kevin and Dianne are extremely attentive owners. We will be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
