My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. The character of the decor in all it's redneck fashion was darling. The Sleep Number bed was amazingly comfortable and appreciated. Just like others have said in their reviews, the Redneck Life game was fun and halarious to play!! We had such a blast with that game. The weather during our stay was everything from rain to sun, snow to thunder & lightening, but we felt safe, warm and cozy in our little Redneck Trailer. Thank you for such a "retreat" to get away from the hustle of everyday, and to unwind and relax in Redneck style. :)

Directions were perfect. Owner was very nice and helpful. Place was super clean and well stocked with all the amenities you'd need. And thanks for the PBR - perfect touch! Will definitely be staying there again.

We wanted to experience Garden Valley in a fun and casual way, and Uncle Billy Bob's Redneck Trailer Vacation Rentals seemed like just the way to do it. Diane was very welcoming and helpful from beginning to end, and renting the unit (paperwork, payment, and receiving information how to access this unit), was handled entirely over the internet with no problems. As we drove up the hill after dark, festive Christmas lights greeted us. We did have to use a flashlight to get the key out, but once inside - we were all pleasantly surprised - what a great remodeling job!! The girls loved their bedroom, the kitchen was well-stocked to make most any meal and we loved the Redneck wine glasses and the Redneck Life game! We are looking forward to visiting again in the summer.

This unit was very well priced and very comfortable. The decor was meticulously done in unique "redneck" and looked great. It had all the amenities available and was very clean and well supplied. we highly reccomend it to anyone!

I, (Guest) understand the trailer is located in a residential area and in order to accommodate the surrounding neighbors, NO ONE OTHER THAN THOSE ON THE GUEST LIST will be allowed on the premises. CHECK IN: is after 4pm, CHECK OUT: is before 12:00 (noon). PETS: are permitted ONLY with prior approval; there is a $100 re-fundable pet deposit. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture or beds and are NOT allowed to remain alone inside the trailer. Any additional cleaning, repairs or replacement on/in premises due to the occupancy of the pet will be deducted from the pet deposit first and then the cleaning/security deposit. If it is found there are more or different pets than agreed to on the premises or if complaints come from neighbors about excessive noise due to the pets, guest will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. HOUSEKEEPING & ACCOMODATIONS: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the trailer rental, maid service is NOT included in the rental rate. A basic supply of sheets, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels and coffee filters are provided along with house wares. No white bath towels, white hand towels or white washcloths are allowed outside the rental; the colored towels located in the master bathroom may be taken to the pool, beach/river, but must be returned to receive your full cleaning/security deposit refund. The property shall be left in the SAME CONDITION upon departure as it was found upon check in. Remove all perishable food items from the refrigerator and clean any spills crumbs fingerprints etc...All furniture and items should be returned to their original location. The Guest may cook only in the areas specifically designated for cooking, and may only use the appliances for their intended purpose. Do not make beds that have been slept in. Leave dirty towels in bathtub or bathroom floor. Excessive cleaning is considered anything beyond changing bed lines, laundering linens, dusting, vacuuming, washing the bathroom and kitchen floors, cleaning the bathroom and putting away clean dishes. Initials_________________________ Date___________________________ WATER & SEPTIC: the trailer is on a community water system and private septic system, the septic system is very effective; however it will clog up if improper materials are flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system or any parts of the system including the toilet, you could be charged damages up to $500, which is the cost to unclog the line and pump the septic system. STORMS: No refunds will be given for storms, snow, wind or any other acts of nature. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep, gravel drives are well maintained; however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the winter months. We DO NOT refund due to road conditions. REPAIRS: Please report inoperative equipment to owner/caretaker by calling 208-462-5262, we will make every effort to have repairs made as quickly as possible. These failures are beyond our control and no refund or rent reduction will be given. The owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs if requested by the guest or the owner deems an emergency. LOST/NON RETURNED KEY: The key must be returned to the key box at the time of check out. The guest is responsible for the lost key if it is not returned. The property will be re-keyed in the event the key is lost, misplaced or not returned. All associated costs will be deducted from the deposit (approximate lock smith charge is $50.00). ADDITIONAL GUESTS RV or CAMPING or in SLEEPING BAGS that exceed 5 (which includes 1 infant): Any additional persons sleeping in sleeping bags or staying in tents next to the trailer will be charged $10.00 per person per night and must be disclosed on the guest list. RV’s are permitted and will be charged $15.00 per night to hook up to electric and power, if they do not hook up, it will cost $10.00 per night. THERE IS NO SEPTIC HOOK UP, so any and all RV’S MUST be self contained. CHILDREN: are welcome, however there may be conditions in and around the trailer that may pose a hazard to them as well as to adults. The owner does not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries occurring during your stay, children must be supervised at all times. TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT: The owner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue tenancy if in their opinion the guest is detrimental to the property. Any violation of the above mention policies will result in the immediate eviction and loss of the entire rental and deposit amounts. AGREEMENT: This is a legally binding document and should be read carefully before signing. Guest certifies that he/she has read and agrees to abide by the terms and policies of this agreement and by signing below is authorizing any outstanding charges remaining after departure to be taken from the deposit. If any damages are found upon arrival, or occur during the guests stay, they must immediately report these at the Garden Valley Properties office, or the guest will be responsible for the unreported damage or theft. About the owner: I've been blessed to live and work in such a beautiful and friendly town. I first came to Garden Valley in 1980 as the first woman firefighter on the Garden Valley Helitack Crew, the following year I ventured to California to work on the Arrowhead Hotshot Crew where I met my husband Joe. In 1994, after Joe got out of the Army, we returned to Garden Valley with our 2 young sons. Both of our sons grew up here and graduated from Garden Valley High School and are Wildland Firefighters on the Boise and Payette National Forests. I own and operate Garden Valley Properties and I am currently serving as the president of the Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Vice President of the Garden Valley Fire Department Auxiliary. Joe is currently serving our country once again in Afghanistan.
