This house was just as advertised, recently remodeled and nicely done, Everything you would need to live comfortably house felt very much like a home adapted very quickly and felt comfortable. This property was the perfect choice for our trip to Spring Training venues. Less than 10 minutes from the Mariners Peoria Sports complex and close to the 101 Freeway for Mariners away games. The house was perfect for two couples. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths so we had our own spaces. Also, it was completely redone and the open layout was perfect for getting together for a glass of wine and some snacks after the game and before dinner. Our thought was that this would be a great place for a prolonged stay of a month as it had all of the modern applicnces though we did no cooking and so did not take advantage of this benefit. This was our first VRBO rental so we were not familiar with the process. Susan was very accomodating and the registration, payments and deposit return went off without any problems. She met us at the home and showed us around when we arrived. This was truly our "Home Away From Home" for the week we were in Sun City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

We so enjoyed our time at this property! Lovely, completely remodeled home. Everything was as advertised and depicted. Owner has paid great attention to detail and was very professional and responsive in our dealings. Could not have asked for a more pleasant vacation rental experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway.

About the owner: Havng grown up in Michigan and lived throughout the US in my hospitality career, I now find myself converted to the southwest desert as a slice of heaven on earth!
Why the Owner Chose Sun City:
I bought this property in late 2011 and have spent 2012 completely renovating it to my very personal specifications with the eventual purpose of retiring to this home. In the meantime I have furnished it and am now excited to share it with you.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The home is a classic Sun City mid-60's ranch that is so solidly built I didn't touch the outside. Inside it was loaded with potential, so we renovated every detail and now have a completely new house once you step inside the front door.
