Beautifully remodeled home on the South end of Lake Lanier! Sleeps 14 adults comfortably and has HUGE gathering rooms perfect for large parties. A perfect home for entertaining.

Located just off of 985 and Friendship Road, this beautiful home is minutes from Lake Lanier Islands, and just a stone's throw from Aqualand and Starboard Marinas. It has its own covered single slip dock and an additional swim dock for playing in the water or catching some rays.

The main floor has hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen has beautiful new hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room, with vaulted ceilings, a stacked stone fireplace, and a TV. The master suite has a king-size bed and oversized bathroom, complete with separate tub and shower, and a walk in closet. The two additional bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has a TV with built in DVD player and Dish Network satellite channels. Laundry room, complete with washer and dryer, is also located on the main floor.

The basement is completely finished with a huge multi-purpose room complete with a big screen TV, surround sound, Ms. Pacman, foosball, a huge dining/game table, and plenty of additional space. This is the ideal room for entertaining! The basement also has a huge bunkroom, with 4 sets of bunk beds (8 beds total) and plenty of room to spare.

The house comes stocked with all the furniture, appliances, and other conveniences that make this house feel like a home!

Please note - due to the drought, Lake Lanier is currently experiencing unusually low water levels. This home still has lake access, and boating is still possible by driving the boat to shore. However, the dock is NOT currently able to accomodate a boat.
