Owner info
About the owner: Owners Bob and Deb Winkels grew up in Minnesota, but have lived in Sioux Falls, SD, for over 35 years. We have been frequent visitors to the Bonita Springs area over the last few years. We have friends from South Dakota who have homes in The Colony or nearby, and intend to make many more friends in the area. We fell in love with the location and views from this end condo unit, and hope to eventually spend our winters here. We hope to spend a month or two here each year until then. We'd love to share our unit with people who have similar interests.
Why the Owner Chose Navona:
The Colony is a private community within the gated community of Pelican Landing. It has gate access and other security features which are comforting, and is close to the water, with quick oceanfront beach access by ferry, and nearly all imaginable amenities nearby. The Colony is about 15 minutes from Hammond Stadium, spring training home of the Minnesota Twins. Several other teams also have spring training camps nearby, adding to the entertainment options. The Colony's amenities make it a fun place to entertain our children and grandchildren.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The wrap-around panoramic views of this north end unit are matched only by units above or below in Navona, a 22-story condo hi-rise. The great room-dining-kitchen space is open and inviting, with rich wood floors blended with ceramic tile in these areas. Solid surface countertops at the kitchen and baths, plus comfortable furniture surrounding a big screen TV in the great room, accent the quality of the unit. The access-controlled private elevator for end units opens directly into the entry vestibule. The laundry includes washer, dryer, ironing board and hanging space. Basic cable TV service and wireless internet are included. Free parking is available for renters and their guests at the top level of a two level ramp which is attached to the hi-rise building.
