Our Labor Day weekend vacation was far too short. We loved the cottage and our stay at Kiawah. This listing was absolutely accurate. The cottage was clean and decorated nicely. We would love to come back and stay for longer and will surely check to see if this is available. The men fished off the dock where we watched the dolphins; and we all enjoyed the pool. The beach was just a short walk...very nice! We had 2 great meals at Red's Icehouse at Bohicket Marina. Charleston is just a few miles away, but it is very easy to spend all of your time here!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Thank you so much for letting us spend the week at your cottage. I had an amazing time and I can't think of a better way to have ended to school year and started my summer vacation! The cottage itself was perfect for the 6 of us and the surrounding scenery was reason enough to head to Kiawah for a vacation. We had a great time checking out local restaurants, as well as those in Charleston and Folly Beach. For me nothing beats ice cream, so it made my day biking to Scooper's after a day at the pool/beach. Red's on Seabrook was a great place to go for dinner overlooking the water, and also to hear Liz sing!!! Thanks again!

Just wanted to let you know we're back from Kiawah and the house exceeded our expectations! We really liked the location being close to the beach as well as the crabbing dock, pool etc. The pool was open we sat around it on a few days but much too cold to go in. The weather held out for us with highs from the uppers 60s to almost 80 during the course of the week. Thanks again and we hope we can rent from you again sometime in the future

Just writing this note to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Kiawah. Beautiful weather, great fishing, typical golf, and lots of cocktails. Your cottage was the nicest of the three we have stayed in. We hope to go back next year, so I'll keep your email address to check availability of your cottage. Thanks for renting to us. A few of the fish we caught: 39" red fish and two 20" Flounder out of Pintail Pond, a 20+ pound sheepshead from the pond at the Preserve, and a few other spots, flounder and sheepshead.
