Ventana al Cielo Villa is located in The Pedregal, a private gated community just outside of Cabo San Lucas.This spacious and contemporary modern villa on top of a hill has 1,204 sq meters of luxury accommodation where the whales can be seen from all around the property from October to March including designer furniture.
This newly built 4 level specially designed grand villa offers spectacular sea views from every room. It is fully furnished to the highest specifications, designer furniture and marble flooring throughout.Ventana al cielo has 6 bedrooms all en-suit with air conditioning and designer furniture. The bedrooms are distributed through the house. The entrance of the property is from the top floor (ground floor)
On the ground floor we can find two double queen bedrooms with a 24” LCD TV and balcony.
The 2 main bedrooms are found on the first floor of the house and a large suspended terrace with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean dives them.The master king bedroom has a private garden, Jacuzzi,dressing room, lounge area, balcony and a 24”LCD TV. A double queen bedroom with dressing room and a 24”LCD TV and balcony. On the third floor we find a king bedroom with garden and 24” and a LCD TV and the gym area.
On the fourth floor there is a king bedroom with a 24”LCD TV and balcony.
In the main living area there is a spacious luxury open plan kitchen with granite worktops with an annex as well as a spacious open plan living room with a 36” LDC TV and fireplace. In the open plan dining room there is a formal table for 12 people and an office area.
The semi-Olympic heated eternity pool and Jacuzzi can be found on the same level. Surrounding the pool in the decking area there are sun lounges,sitting area and an outdoor kitchen complete with outdoor grill gas barbecue and fridge in order to enjoy indoor and outdoor luxury living. The landscape gardens are also a feature of the villa covering an area of 236 sq meters as well as an equipped gym. 24 hours security is also provided as well as full time housekeeper / cook and a bilingual house manager available 24 hours to make the best of your stay and to give you all the information you may need about Los Cabos.
