This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, oceanfront junior suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At over 900 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. Full size fireplace, wireless internet, cable TV in both rooms and DVD player in the front; full kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and chairs, and breakfast bar that seats 3. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor pool and sauna.
Our condo is rented as a suite, which includes a separate bedroom and two full baths. Beautifully furnished with fireplace, full kitchen and all the amenities. Let this be your home away from home for a time of relaxation and reconnecting with family and friends.
The ocean is right outside and provides a perfect back drop for conversation, games and walks. Step out and enjoy the grass lawn immediately outside your sliding door, or just steps to the beach. Right on the D-River and a short walk up the beach to the tide pools.
This condo is perfect for girls weekends, romantic getaways, family gatherings, or quiet times of rejuvenation. This is the largest ground-floor unit at the Sea Gypsy!

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights and overall we had a great time! Super easy access to the beach and pool, and being on the bottom floor was so nice! However, I must say that it could use some updating; for instance, the TV in the bedroom did not work with the remote so we had to do the volume and power control by getting up and doing that ourselves (I know this sounds lazy but it's not very convenient). No DVD players; but there were TONS of oldie and goodie VHS movies there to watch. There were no dressers or storage for our clothing except for a few hangers for shirts in tiny closets and we are a family of 5 with a disabled child so we came with quite a lot of baggage but had nowhere to put it all so we just kept everything in our bags. There were cabinets in the kitchen as well as closet doors that were locked so we had no access to them, and the kitchen drawers and dishwasher were on the opposite side of the kitchen counter (facing the living room) so it was quite odd to get silverware/utensils and to load the dishwasher. Beds are full/queen size and not very comfortable and we had to turn the one in the living room sideways to make room to walk through the living room and when we did, there was garbage under it from previous renters which was kind of gross. I hope this review doesn't sound "nit picky" because overall we really enjoyed our stay as the condo is quite adorable and super easy to access.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great weekend at Betta's Cove. The condo is right on the beach and if the weather would have been nice it would have been perfect for the kids to play on the beach. The indoor pool and sauna was within 15 feet of the condo and was nice to keeps the kids entertained due to the bad weather. A few upgrades to the reclining chairs and the back bed would make this a must stay for sure. With the weather being as bad as it was, we spent a lot of time indoors. The reclining chairs are not really suited for taller people and were somewhat uncomfortable. Overall it was a great place for the price and we would stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great two nights at the condo! It was wonderful to be just steps away from the beach. Even when the weather wasn't great you could sit on the couch and look out on the ocean while staying warm by the fireplace. The condo is well-maintained and very clean. Being so close to great restaurants and lots of shopping is excellent. Kyllo's restaurant is just steps away and a great way to end the evening. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
