We're also close to all the NEW stores in Queen Creek - Target, WalMart, lots of new restaurants, and much much more has just moved into the area - and - are about 5 minutes from the home. The home borders the Las Colinas Golf Course - and is in a wonderful golf community - perfect for all ages.

We stayed in the home in July this year and found it wonderful. We were treated well by the owner, the pool was great and we enjoyed the hot tub, the golf and the great neighborhood. The owner asked us to post our review recently after his wife just got out of back surgery explaining some of his challenges with the prior review. We think this home is perfect and affordable luxury for folks on a budget.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

FlipOverall our stay was very nice. We were happy with our choice to stay at this vacation home. I appreciated the way the team worked with me to book this home. Specifically - we were med by the check in person - but we had questions afterwards and she was very hard to get a hold of. Also, we called her the day before our checkout and she never called back. The owner is actively working on ensuring this process goes better for us, for our next visit. The home was very clean. Thank you. The home was well maintained, we suggested that the pool have a switch inside the house for the pool light. The pool was very clean and inviting. We also suggested to the owner that it could have used more landscaping in the back yard, but not a big deal for us. The garage door opener was missing when we checked in - and the owner advised us that he would be replacing asap.
Owner response:Frank was an excellent tenant - and we're working to improve the home based on the suggestions he made. We're also working with our checkin people to improve their availability off hours. The garage door opener (the remote control) has been replaced!

We rented this home last year during the spring break timeframe. The pool heater was recently upgraded from electric heat to gas heat. We enjoyed the fact the water was warm, the golf was great in the area. There was a lot of new shopping and new nearby restuarants, and the kitchen was fully furnished and had exactly what we needed. We have children so the optional fence to put up (they called it a baby guard fence) was wonderful, and helpful. There is hiking nearby in Gold Canyon (we like to hike), the internet service was wonderful, and the bedroom arrangements were perfect for us. All and all we had a great experience and we'd recommend the home to anyone traveling to Gilbert or Queen Creek areas.
