Wonderful first floor unit, with view of the Gulf, located in quaint, quiet Crystal Beach. Walk from the patio, across Scenic Gulf Drive, and through the private beach entrance to the beautiful white sand beach and warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf. Adjacent to Henderson Beach National shore.
After a day at the beach, relax by the pool (heated seasonally) and oudoor spa, where there is wi-fi internet access. Or stroll down the sidewalk for a bite at Camilles. There are numberous other dining options within walking distance - from upscale dining at the Inn at Cystal Beach to more relaxed options such as Olive Garden, Outback, Chili's and Applebee's. And if shopping is your desired post-beach activity, we are within walking distance to Destin Commons and a 5-10 minute drive to the famous Silver Sands Factory Outlet. Big Kahuna's, the Track and numberous golf courses are also close by. There is so much to do in Destin, it will be hard to choose.
Our unit is very clean, well maintained, and has many new updates, including granite kitchen counters installed this summer,tiling, fixtures, paint, and furniture. Features include a king-size bed in master bedroom, bunk area, pull-out couch (sleeps six total), and jacuzzi tub in bath. BRING YOUR LAPTOP, WE HAVE WI-FI IN THE UNIT. Ideal for couples and small families. Please no smoking, no pets. Please note that we do not rent to persons under 25.

Why the Owner Chose Caribbean Dunes
After looking at property for more than a year, we decided to purchase a home in our favorite neighborhood. We love Crystal Beach - it is quiet, close to Henderson Park, has lots of single family homes, quaint neighborhoods and no high-rises. We chose Caribbean Dunes specifically because of its location close to two public beach entrances and Henderson Park; we like the archectual style of the building, the well maintained property, the tall ceilings and well designed units. Most importantly, our unit affords us a view of the Gulf.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our home at Caribbean Dunes is located just steps from the beach, and yet we are within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. We are close to championship golf courses, Big Kahunas, the Track, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and a variety of water sports. There is also biking, hiking and canoeing in the area.

Hi, we are Todd and Michele Hamilton of Holliston, MA (a suburb of Boston). We purchased our condo at Caribbean Dunes in 2003. We fell in love with the area 5 years early, when we came to the Panhandle for the first time for a temporary job assignment. We continued to vacation in Destin and decided to purchase our own home and share it with other beach lovers.

I took my daughter to Destin for her 22nd birthday. We loved the condo! We were very close to many of the best restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. It was just a very short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. The condo and grounds are very well maintained. We hope to make this a yearly trip!

Enjoying and relaxing during this vacation more than anyother. Your condo is situated at the perfect spot - listen to the gulf each morning on the front porch or walking along the beach with our coffee......This is one vacation we did not want to end. Comments were written in our guestbook by an Indiana couple.

If you are looking for location, quality property and excellent service by owners look no further. We just finished a wonderful week in this Condo. Perfect for our 17 year old daughter and us "old folks" as well. I can always find something to complain about, but this one has me stumped. Thanks Hamiltons.

This will be our 4th Spring Break in the Hamilton's condo. My mom and I love the fact that it's so close to the beach and we love sitting on the porch in the evening. GREAT place to stay!! We love it! Can't wait for April to get here!
