This ocean view air-conditioned studio condominium is designed specifically for a couple or a small family to relax and enjoy all that the Valley Isle of Maui has to offer. Ideally located between between the resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay, this spacious studio is located on the 5th floor of this twelve story beachfront development and features a comfortable king sized bed with a twin sized pullout sofa for an extra guest. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove, cookware, microwave, coffee maker and a blender to mix your favorite tropical drink. There is dinnerware, glassware and silverware for four. The condo has a tiled entrance and carpet in the living space. The updated tiled bathroom features a full shower and there is a washer/dryer and safe located in the unit.
The Royal Kahana complex is directly on the beach and has an oceanside pool with cabana, outdoor tennis courts, shuffleboard, sauna & fitness facility, BBQ's, elevators and complimentary self parking. Internet service is available for a fee. Local and toll-free calls are complimentary.

This studio was well perfect and Leanna was a wonderful host. She met us to pass over the keys and checked in to make sure we had everything needed. We had a lovely stay in the studio and couldn't have wanted more. It was exactly as advertised and we were met as agreed upon and felt at home. The bed was extreemly comfortable and the place was clean and had everything you might need. The property manager, Leanna, was very friendly and efficient.Did you find this review helpful? Leeanna, the property rep met us right on time. The condo was on the fifth floor facing the ocean, just as it was presented. It was a beautiful veiw. The Royal Kahana was a nice quiet, relaxing complex. There was ample parking and the pool was heated. Actually swam in a short rain shower.
