Wonderful Craftsman-style farmhouse built in 1912 and 3 adjoining cottages on a working horse ranch just 3 minutes from downtown Ashland, home of the renowned Shakespeare festival and Britt festivals in nearby historic Jacksonville.
FARMHOUSE has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All rooms have queen beds. The "GROOMS COTTAGE" lends itself to a honeymooner's retreat or for use as an overflow for guests from the farmhouse. Antique chandelier and cathedral ceilings flanked by rock walls gives you that Tuscan feel.
You lie in bed, look through your french doors and 5 feet beyond your private patio you awaken to horses lazily eating grass.
The "BUNKHOUSE" is a charming one-room cottage, perfect for one or two people. Gives you that homespun feel, taking you back to the simpler days of yore. Don't be surprised when you wake up in the morning and are greeted by a horse popping it's head through your open window!!
The "CARRIAGE HOUSE," Irish bed, fireplace....ooh la la, what more can I say! Sleeps three.
