Come play in the Park! Very comfortable home for up to 8 people. Come enjoy this new 3 bedroom, 2½ bath mountain getaway located in the peaceful Coyote Creek neighborhood of Tabernash, CO. Beautiful open views surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. A nice alternative to hotels!
This home sits along the Fraser-Grandby Trail which connects 600 miles of trails between Winter Park, Fraser, Snow Mountain Ranch, and Granby.
Super layout, comfortable, large open kitchen with custom curved granite island, seating for 8, stainless appliances, gas stove & oven, gas grill located on deck, gas fireplace in living room, 47' LCD TV, DVD player.
Bedrooms are upstairs. Comfortable plush mattresses with flannel sheets & down comforters. The master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed with a large closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds with large closet. 2nd full bath is located by the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Another 1/2 bath is located on main level. The loft comes with a loveseat for a nice spot to read your favorite book.
A full size washer and dryer on the main floor and a garage for your convenience.

My family of four and another couple stayed at this lovely home. It was clean, new, had all the things we needed for a great vacation. It's convenient to Winter Park (where we skied) and tubing hills. It's a great location. The beds were very comfortable and clean, nice bathrooms, kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to have dinners there.... overall it was a fabulous place. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed at this house while we spend the weekend cross country skiing at Devils Thumb. This house was perfect for us. It was spotless when we arrived and the house was very nice and it had everything we needed. There were seven of us and there were plenty of beds. Carolyn, the owner, was amazing to work with. In my opinion, she went over the top to be flexible and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and my brothers family rented this home over the New Years holiday. The house was beautifully appointed, clean, and we were very pleased with the attention to detail. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable, there was a grill on the deck with propane (which we used in 7 degree weather!), the shower had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and each bathroom had a blow dryer. We met the owner, Carolyn, and she was very gracious and accommodating. We highly recommended this vacation rental to anyone looking to stay in the Winter Park area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and I met 25 years ago and one of our 1st dates was skiing at Winter Park on a huge powder day! Well, we have continued to enjoy to this resort for many years now. We bought this mountain getaway 2 years ago and just love that we can stay for extended periods of time to enjoy the area in both winter and summer. We hope you enjoy it too!

We chose this mountain getaway over others because of its location in the Rocky Mountains and ease of assess from Denver (yes, even in winter)!
