Our townhouse is located in the peaceful Blackcomb Benchlands area of Whistler resort nestled among the trees and mountains. This quiet townhouse complex is ideal for families and quiet groups looking for a peaceful ski holiday. The property features 2 bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony with a private 6 person hot tub. The ground floor has one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a separate 3 piece bathroom, and a pull out double bed in the living room. The ground level is open concept with a kitchen overlooking the dining room and living room. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 people. There is a small balcony off the living room with views of the forest and some views of the mountain looking to the west. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for cooking and entertaining: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. Located just a few minutes walk to Merlins/Lower Cruiser run, all you have to do is walk a few minutes, click on your skis and start your first short run down to the Wizard Express on Blackomb. This takes you up Blackcomb mountain where you can ski for the day or take the peak to peak gondola over to Whistler. At the end of the day, ski right in to the complex via the Home Run (snow permitting) or enter from the same place you skied out, a few minutes walk away. Alternatively, a shuttle runs every 10-20 minutes (depending on the season) to the village (5 minutes drive) where you can hop on the Whistler Gondola. In the summer, bike storage in the underground parking is available, and access to the never-ending bike routes connecting lost lake all the way through to the Creekside are just a short 5 minute bike ride away. Lost lake is an easy 20 minute walk away where you can enjoy the beach, swimming or a paddle. Wireless internet and telpephone are provided but check with the owner to confirm whether cable is available at the time of the rental. We have a CD and DVD player but aren't big TV people, so cable may not always be in service. Bring your own movies or rent movies in the village if you need a fix of TV in the evening. Please note that this is a QUIET location, which, although close to the village, is not the place to come if you plan on having a big party. We respect the privacy and comfort of all guests and neighbours and take all noise complaints seriously. It is difficult to have a noisy night in the complex without others noticing and making complaints. If you are coming to Whistler for a big party, this is not the place for you. This unit is ideal for a family or mature group of adults. Having said that, we are sure that you will be able to have a fun time in Whistler in our townhome.

Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We are former Ontarians who have lived in Vancouver since 2009 and have been loving Whistler since 2011 when we purchased our townhome. We are within close proximity to the mountain (1.5 hours) at all times, and often on the hill even when our unit is rented, so that we can respond to any concerns or problems you are having within a short period of time. We have cleaners, friends and helpers in Whistler who monitor the property when we are not there to ensure that it is ready for you on your arrival.
Why the Owner Chose Arrowhead Point:
The location and the quiet! Blackcomb Benchlands is close enough to get to the village for shopping and dinner within a few minutes, but far enough away to give you a peaceful sleep at night. The easy access to the hill is amazing and saves the hike through the village.
