Fabulous view of 9th hole of Ocean Course & Heron Point Golf Course. Sea Pines Plantation Club offers 36 holes of championship golf, fitness center, spa, restaurant, and lounge.
Walk to Sea Pines Beach Club. Swim in your choice of pools. Bike rentals located just across the parking lot from our villa. Visit Baynard Ruins by bike or the Forest Preserse by horse back.
Take a boat ride from Harbour Town or South Beach. Dine at your choice of restaurants. Take the trolley to Sea Pines Center or Harbour Town to shop. Visit South Beach marina. Climb lighthouse in Harbour Town. It's all here and within Sea Pines resort.
Our spacious villa offers all the comforts and amenities of home. Our living room has comfortable leather sofa and oversized chair. There's another sofa for additional seating (or sleeping). The well stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Or, if you prefer there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you prefer to eat out there are many restaurants within Sea Pines (many within walking distance).
One third (1/3) deposit due upon confirmation and balance due 30 days prior to check in.

Year Purchased: 1999
We are native South Carolinans. We have one son that grew up on the golf courses in Sea Pines. We plan to retire in Hilton Head as soon as possible. Can't wait!
Why the Owner Chose Plantation Club Villas
Tom & I purchased this villa when we decided that Hilton Head was where we wanted to be everytime we were able to get away. I've been going to the island since the late 70's. Even though the island has changed, Sea Pines has managed to stay true to it's beginning. When you are there you don't know the crowds exist. We wanted our son to grow up loving it as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the beach. No matter what the weather is like (and it's never bad) we enjoy walking on the beach and looking at the shrimp boats, dolphin, fishing boats and when it's really clear Tybee Island. The leisure paths are the best available. We also love the forest preserve at dusk. During the late afternoon the white egrets come to roost for the night. The trees look like they've been decorated! South Beach is our favorite night out. We often take our boat and rent a slip for the week. It's a great thing to see the island from the water. You just have to watch the tides!
