Close your eyes and imagine an ever-present island breeze cooling your face and body. Listen to the breeze rustle the leaves of mature coconut palms and banana trees or wind chimes. Hear the wings of hummingbirds stopping by at the lovely hibiscus shrubs or feeder, or the crazy caws or whistles of the local black birds. Wait, that sound must be an iguana sunning himself in the palm or on top of one of our walls or pool waterfall. Our resident tree frog announces sunset with a short symphony and the geckos begin their mating chirps. Amigos, open your eyes now and take in Casa Patricia because all of this happens daily in our own backyard. Just another day in Paradise!
Casa Patricia is American owned and operated and located in Cozumel's premier residential area - Corpus Cristi. With a view of the beautiful Corpus Cristi Cathedral, the three-bedroom, three-bath home with private pool is four blocks from the ocean front and boat docks. Since we are a five-minute walk to the island's largest grocery stores and a ten-minute walk from the central plaza; this a very convenient location. Scores of local restaurants are within a few-minute walk or bike ride.
Casa Patricia was designed and built by a local builder. This home will sleep up to eight people. The larger upstairs bedrooms offer king-size beds while the smaller downstairs bedroom has two singles, each room fully air conditioned (plus queen-size air mattress). We also have a lovely palapa deck with comfortable hammocks off of the master bedroom overlooking a lush, mature garden and pool with waterfall. A large patio is partially covered with a bougainvilla arbor, excellent for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Casa Patricia is completely furnished with with hand-made furniture, full kitchen and includes maid, gardening, and pool service. Bicycles are available for guests as well as a rinse tank, drying line and hooks for divers. Numerous dive operations are minutes away as well as fishing charters and island/jungle tours.
You will find a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, blender, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, TV, cable, VCR and DVD player, CD/AM/FM player, bottled water, bicycles, and linens.
At this price you simply will not find a better place to stay in Cozumel!

Your home is absolutely beautiful and we appreciate you sharing it with us. It is a lot more spacious than the pictures on the Internet. You were right; around 8p.m. turn on the A/C and off when we got up and the bed rooms stayed cool all day. Your home is so clean and comfortable. The beds; my goodness, I slept so well; was that a pillow top? I would highly recommend your home to my friends. We were impressed with your pool and garden. It is definitely larger than the pics. Better hurry down; the Bird of Paradise are in full bloom and your coconuts are about ready to be harvested. Your Iguanas Tomas and Tina are doing great. Tomas is such a beautiful green color and one of the largest I have seen. We found the fruit stand you told me about and kept them supplied with fruit in the morning along the top of the wall. I only saw one humming bird come to the feeder. I only watered once for you as we had just enough rain each day to keep the plants happy. Thank you for recommending Fantasy Travel. The food was absolutely great. You are very lucky to have Kelly as your property manager. She made us feel so special and saw to our every need. She certainly made it easier to get around the Island and set us up on some fantastic excursions. It is always uplifting to meet someone who enjoys her job and life as she does. She is a keeper! We also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin; you are very lucky to have good neighbors as well. He was so kind to us. Sorry it took me so long to get this letter to you.
