Seas the Day was designed and built to take advantage of the unrestricted stunning ocean views to the North, South, and to the West while being close enough to the ocean to hear the crashing waves and smell the salt water mist. Available from nearly every window in the cottage, these white water and ocean views are second to none. Sit mesmerized for hours on the upper or lower decks of this cottage and listen to the pounding surf. Enjoy watching seals play and surfers take on the challenges of the churning waves. See whales frolic in the mighty Pacific. Watch ships pass by silently in the distance and at night their lights moving slowly as the skies darken. Watch the sun set with vivid color in the west as it dips below the distant ocean horizon. The sunsets can be incredible. Listen intently at night and you can hear the changing of the tides as the waves crash to shore.
For storm lovers, this is the cottage for you! See and feel the power of the Pacific. With 180 degree ocean views, this cottage enjoys a birds’ eye view of waves crashing toward shore in winter. The wind howling past the cottage combined with the crashing of the surf during an Oregon winter storm is an experience to behold. Enjoy it with a warm fire burning at Seas the Day.
This beautiful cottage is finely decorated with nautical and ocean décor with soothing blue walls and warm yellows mimicking the sun. You can lie in a queen bed in either of the two Master bedrooms and enjoy hearing and watching the waves as they make their way effortlessly toward shore. The south Master bedroom offers a jetted bath tub in the bathroom and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. The north Master bedroom has a double closet for extra space and the bathroom offers a double headed shower for two to enjoy.
The fully equipped kitchen has a bar height counter with stools as a place to congregate for good conversation. The nearby dining table has additional leaves to host full course meals.
The Great room, with its cushioned chairs, couch and ottomans, not to mention spectacular views, offers much in the way of relaxation while you enjoy the built in flat screen TV and warm fire in the fireplace.
Seas the Day is truly a one of a kind cottage for those ocean aficionados’ who come to the coast not only to see and enjoy it but to smell it and hear it while there.
