A perfect place to relax and unwind, this ocean front condo complex has a partial view of the ocean from the very privately set lanai. With tropical garden views and the sound of the waves in the background, relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation.
The condo has just completed a full remodel and tastefully redecorated in contemporary, but still Hawaiian style. The biggest and nicest kitchen in the whole complex. The dream kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island/eating bar, lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything but your groceries. The master bedroom having a Queen bed and the second bedroom having 2 twin beds makes it perfect for families. Also, a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room makes the unit able to sleep up to 6 persons. Both bathrooms have large tiled shower and granite countertops. The only ground floor unit with 2 full bathrooms in the complex. Large TV, cable, DVD player, free wifi, air conditioner. Stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers for your use, this condo has all the comforts you feel at home with ultimate vacation luxury also.
The tiled lanai has lounging chairs,a patio table and chairs and has a very private feel but is still open to the beautiful lush gardens of the complex. Take a few steps to the right and you are at the pool. Lounge chairs surround the pool and a BBQ, ice machine and covered seating area to one side for relaxing, outdoor eating, and visiting. Approximately 60 steps in the other direction puts you oceanfront. The oceanfront deck is a wonderfully warm gathering place to visit and watch the whales and sunsets.
3 BBQ areas are on the property and a coin operated laundry is only a few steps from the door. Large grass areas for the kids to play, this property is family friendly, yet still very peaceful and quiet.
Within walking distance is a grocery store, natural food store, farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, spa, shops and much more. Beaches to the north and south. Golf courses close by. A beautiful walking/jogging pathway through the Ka'anapali area has fabulous scenery for miles. We love to go for a beautiful long walk every morning! Whalers Village is near by with lots of shops, restaurant/bars, and lovely beach. Only a 10 minute drive is our favourite town, Lahaina. It is such a lovely historic town with lots to see and do. It seems to come alive at night and you absolutely must visit Lahaina.

Absolutely loved our family vacation at Maui Sands from December 25 to January 5, 2013! This condo had everything you'd ever want and more! This condo is spacious, spotless and the ocean is just a few steps from your lanai. We loved the location it is close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive for breakfast at the Plantation. The beds were comfy, lots of towels, and everything you could want in the kitchen. Photos on the web site really don't do this unit justice. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Kaanapali, this one is it. Thank you so much for giving our family the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo for our vacation. We would absolutely rent this one again. Very clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this peaceful, relaxing condo to friends and relatives. Everything was excellent.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Maui Sands! This condo was newly renovated, and done so very nicely! Very modern with a Hawaiian twist! We loved this! It included everything you could possibly need and it was all brand new. The condo was very clean and the people around the grounds were super friendly. The location was perfect, we walked to the farmers market just a block or so down the street and got fresh fruit and veggies etc, also the fish market and the supermarket are very close. We used the bbq at the condo a lot of the time which was very handy. This place is a great location to access all the beaches. We went to a different beach everyday and never had to drive far. You can even walk to some if you wanted. Also the condo is only a 5 min drive from Lahaina's Front St where there is shopping, restaurants, the harbour, nightlife etc. When I said the condo included everything, it even included a book called Maui Revealed which was a very nice touch, as we basically used this book to plan our vacation and get around very easily as each location was described so well and it was something we wouldn't have had otherwise. So thank you to the owners for being so thoughtful for providing this so we wouldn't miss out on a once and a lifetime opportunity! Overall the condo was amazing! We hope to return to this place one day as it is absolutely paradise! This condo was by far one of the nicest I have stayed in ever. I have been traveling for both work and pleasure for over 20 years and this place really takes the cake not only in decor, location and amenities but in sheer experience. The owner of this unit really knows what she is doing and she has gone above and beyond what I think most people would expect to find in a vacation rental. Gorgeous furnishings, luxurious linens, fully stocked with cleaning supplies, dishware, pots etc. Could not have asked for a better experience for our first time on Maui. Will stay here again, over and over if we have the chance!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
