Everything just as described. All you could possibly need in a vacation rental and more. Highly recommended! This was our second visit and will be back again next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and my brother's family drove to Ruidoso from Texas for a quick round of skiing. This condo supported that mini-vacation perfectly. It is well located for both skiing and for town life. It is a comfortable size for 5 - 6 people and everything worked as advertised. It is thoughtfully stocked with games, movies, internet access, cooking gear, and condiments. We lacked for nothing. Note that the little restaurant at the golf course serves a wonderful breakfast! This would be a great condo during the summer months as well.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this lovely condo! It was even more charming than the pictures demonstrated and was comfortable, cozy, and well-stocked! The condo is in a terrific location... close to the golf course with a pretty view, but still close to town for food and shopping. The notebook left for renters was very informational and we used it to help decide on eating at the Rio place for pizza and at a BBQ place! The owner was pleasant and easy to work with and we will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Retired Air Force Lt Col and wife, live in Kerrville TX and enjoy the mountains whenever we can. Married with 5 kids and 8 grand-kids. I was born and raised in Independence MO. My wife grew up in Albuquerque. We meet at college in 1967 and married in 1990.
Why the Owner Chose Ruidoso:
We feel in love with not only Ruidoso, but also Aspen Run condos. They have the best of everything. Only a few blocks from town: shopping and dining. Right on the Cree Meadows golf course and country club (also good food and a good bar). Only a few miles from the Inn of the Mountain Gods and in the middle of the beautiful Lincoln Country mountains and Billy the Kid country. The view from the large patio is splendid: watch the golfers finish on hole 18, view of the 12,000' Sierra Blanca mountain, and watch the deer graze.
