Large one bedroom and the separate 1 1/2 room studio are nicely furnished and located at a most preferred area. Just a short walk from the public beach, tennis/basket ball, and down-town Venice. The unit is located on a beautiful lot with nice garden and patio for reading or grilling. The apartment has everything you need from a large bedroom with queen size bed, nicely furnished and large living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, and your own parking lot. The pull-out couch allows for additional two guests. Very quiet and absolute top location.
The in-law studio is very cute and suitable for one or may-be two persons. It is also fully furnished, and has an additional sitting area with a Roland organ. The studio was just totally renovated and looks very beautiful. Both, the one-bedroom and in-law studio are equipped with WIFI.

We just spent two weeks in the Granada rental and we absolutely loved it. The location is fabulous and the apartment is very large, quiet and comfortable. Less than 5 minutes walking to beach, tennis, and down-town restaurants. Considering the price and the very helpful landlord, it is an absolute find. We arrived late and they made sure to put a bottle of wine and some snacks into the fridge. We already made a reservation for next year!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I are retired anthropologists and economists from Concord MA. We love everything about Venice Island; its down-town charm, the beautiful beach, and many activities such as art and sports in and around Venice.
