We had a wonderful experience at the the Bob House for the annual UFO Festival in McMinnville. We had a group of friends (6-7 adults) stay at the house. We had couples stay in the bedrooms and one single stay in the family room on the pull out. There are actually two pull outs in the home so there is plenty of sleeping room. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything that you could need. The home has good quality furniture in great condition. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with great quality linens and bedding. The home has wonderful gathering places including a table large enough for 10. We too loved the towels as they were plush and there were plenty for everyone. One thing that could enhance the experience for a group (I know Mick and Holli are considering) was the addition of another full bath. But our group did just fine with a nice full bath and half bath. Mick and Holli are great hosts as we were greeted by a bottle of wine and home made jams. The back yard was recently completed and there is a lovely patio area. It rained a bit while we were there so we did not get to try the outside as much as we wanted but there is plenty of space and a BBQ. My husband and I stayed in the recently completed "music" room downstairs full of fun musical decorations. Thanks Mick and Holli, our entire group had a wonderful time! We will be back!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our recent 3 week stay at the Bob House in McMinnville was very pleasant. The description and photos on the website were accurate, and we found the house to be clean and welcoming. Holli and Mick Wagner were quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The location was great, being close to downtown. There are many wineries and restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed The Sage downtown for lunch. I would recommend the Bob House if you are looking for a house to rent in McMinnville. I would also recommend renting from the Wagners. Oh, and we also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and jar of Holli's homemade pear butter!!! Owner response: Thank you so much for your review! We loved meeting you both and hope that you had a good drive home! We both look forward to seeing again!
