This beautiful, clean, luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath is located in Island Reserve on Front Beach Road. It is the only 3 bedroom for rent in this Key west style community in Panama City Beach. It is also the only one for rent on the luxury Lagoon pool with rock waterfall. Open your windows and listen to waterfall and fountains. There are only 4 rentals in this quiet community so you will not need to deal with unruly vacationers in this luxury community! This lagoon pool is the largest tropical paradise in Panama City Beach. It also has top of the line pool furniture, hot tub, splash area for small children, rock waterfall. Club house on pool area has Inside air conditioned basketball court, large top of the line fitness center, pool table, and more. So nice to have everything in one area. This 1,900 sq foot condo has large L shaped balcony overlooking pool and waterfall. Wonderful kitchen with granite and top of the line stainless steel appliances with open concept high ceilings, crown molding, open to dining and family room with 55' flat screen TV. 3 bedrooms. King size bed in all the bedrooms with luxury sheets, plus twin bed off one master bedroom suite. 3 baths with luxury towels have granite counters. Double vanity in master suite overlooking pool and each other bedroom has its own single vanity. 5 vanity sinks, 3 toilets, 2 very deep luxury bathtub/shower and one walk in luxury tile shower. This condo has plenty of room! Attached covered parking so you can drive to second floor and walk from car to condo, tons of parking, also has an elevator to pool. Everything is less than 1 mile, the best food, beaches and shopping. 1 mile to Wall-Mart corner of Front Beach and South Thomas. There is even a zoo 1 block from the condo where my 14 year old spends time with the wolves and monkeys. We also own a condo at Shores of Panama a resort on the beach but prefer the peace and quiet of Island Reserve plus with a family there is so much to carry to the beach it is like work getting it to the beach and packed back up at resort where at Island reserve we can drive it right up to the beach and a wide variety of amenities for the whole family. If you are looking for a romantic getaway for 2 I suggest our Shores of Panama 3rd fl vrbo.com/357030 but if you have a family, want a lot of room and peace and quiet, Island reserve is the perfect spot!

Excellent Location! Not on the beach, but can get there within 5 minutes. You really don't need the beach with the amazing on-site pool. The property was beautiful and the condo was fully equipped. The only thing you need to supply is your food and liquids. Enjoy the black binder....It is full of great recommendations! Michelle was amazing and made sure that we were fully prepared for our arrival. Will definitely be visiting this property again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We went down on Spring Break with our four teen age children. This place has plenty of room and it is off the main strip and yet close enough to everything. Very clean and private. The public beach is just minutes away and very accesible. The pool area and the game room with a gym and basketball court were a big hit as well. I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone. You can simply stay on the premises or in a short distance you can be where every you want to in PCB. I was also impressed with the security of the place. A gated front with pass codes and many of the residence live there full time. Safe, afordable, clean, yet beautiful. Great Vacation and we will be going back for sure. "Island Reserves Condo 6211" I took a much needed mini vacation and the owner of the Island Reserve Condo was exceptional towards me! She wasn't even prepared for guests but went out of her way to help me and make certain I had everything I would need to know about my stay in the condo. The condos beautiful and kept exceptionally well!! The Condo's security and rules are wonderful and made me feel wonderfully at home!! My family and I stayed in this condo for 5 days and 4 night. We had a wonderful time in Panama, this space worked out well for my 15 year old, he was able to play basketball as long as he wanted. We were away from the action of the college students however we were close enough that my 20 and 18 year old college students were able to get around to the things they wanted to do. My Husband and I were able to relax. The resort was very quite, we would stay again. The olny down fall was that the balcony repairs were not complete.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Island Reserve was booked but had to go down to get bathtub fixed and listened to non-stop yelling and chanting of PCB..PCB all night at the place I had to stay, my ears are still ringing! I love Island Reserve! It has so much space and quiet. I don't think I will go back during spring break unless Island Reserve is open.

My husband and I stayed for 8 days. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment with a zoo next door. The condo was exceptionally clean with everything we needed. We walked the beach and watched sunsets, which was about a mile r so away. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub., plus the workout room( ENJOYABLE?????????) but it had to be done so we could eat at all the great restaurants. Would highly recommend to familys or just the two of you.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
