This wonderful beach retreat with its spacious rooftop ocean view terrace will simply take your breath away. Luxury in every sense of the word describes this incredible 3BR, 2.5BA villa. Amenities include 55” TV, DVD and fireplace in living room, TV in Master bedroom, rain showers in 2 bathrooms, fireplace in living room and a hot/cold water outdoor shower. The rooftop terrace with lots of lounge seating and a fire pit offers spectacular sunsets and ocean views.
This fabulous 3 level home offers everything you need for a memorable vacation by the beach. The main level of the house with its open floor plan features the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living area. The gourmet Scavolini kitchen with its finest stainless steel appliances and designer finishes is the perfect place for fun cooking times. It’s very spacious and offers lots of seating.
The lower level of the house offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washer and dryer. One bedroom features a queen bed and walk in closet and the other one a king bed and a click-clack couch (sleeps one adult or two kids).
The top level of the house features the Master bedroom with attached balcony and bathroom. Sleeping arrangements in the bedroom include a King bed and a couch (folds to a full/double bed). The bathroom offers two sinks, rain shower and walk in closet.
The house offers a 2-car garage and easy street parking (during the off season). The garage fits one big or two small cars.
Beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a portable crib, pack n play, high chair, baby tub, potty, books, toys, 2 I-Home docking stations and much more is provided for your convenience.

Fabulous place! Very clean, spacious rooms, beautiful floors. Loved the rooftop patio. Close to downtown LaJolla, whch we love. Will definitely stay there on our next trip.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this house over spring break. It was 2 adults and 3 children (ages 7, 5, and 2.5). The house is very clean and has the vibe of an IKEA showroom - clean lines, fresh, simple. I liked that there wasn't too much clutter around, though I did have to put some glass vases up high so my kids wouldn't hurt them. The master bedroom and bathroom are HUGE. The master bedroom is located on the top floor (the house is 3 floors). The other bedrooms were on the 1st, or bottom floor. I mention this because if you have young kids, it can feel a bit far away from them. And also because there are lots of stairs to navigate. Luckily my 2 year old could sleep in the pack-n-play (provided by the house) in the huge master closet! So we could hear her. The house is literally 2 blocks from the ocean. We got to watch the surfers in the evening and dig for shells. The waves are very big at this particular beach so it wouldn't be the ideal beach for wee ones, but since the water was so cold anyway (we were there in march) my kids loved dipping their toes in and digging in the sand while we watched the surfers. Everything about the house was nicely done - the linens, the kitchen, the furniture. There is a tiny enclosed yard in the front and a roof deck (up a spiral staircase) for spending time outdoors at the house. There was a washer/dryer available for us to use as well. We thought the house was a good value for the size/cleanliness/quality. The neighborhood is very nice and it was lovely to jog along the beach and through the neighborhood. It is about 1.5 miles to the shops and restaurants of La Jolla so we mostly drove. The location was perfect for our trip, which included spending some time in San Diego and some time at Legoland, as well as La Jolla. Whole Foods was about 15 minutes away by car. We got take out from Prep Kitchen - twice! - which we loved. Another grocery store was less than 5 minutes away by car. We just completed our stay at this spacious, clean and modern property. We had 5 family members and the bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The master suite (bedroom, terrace, closet and master bath) is gigantic and very well appointed. The common spaces (kitchen, dining room and living room) are big, comfortable and very well appointed. The rooftop terrace is stunning in terms of the ocean view. We watched every sunset on this terrace. The house is reasonably close to La Jolla Village making trips to the sights and shopping very convenient. Finally, the house is perfectly situated close to the Windansea beach access making it very convenient for our almost daily walks on the beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

The first impression of the home is that it is very spacious. We were 4 adults and two small children and could easily all fit in the kitchen/breakfast bar at the same time without tripping over each other. There are 2 bedrooms located in the basement and one very large bedroom on the upper floor so privacy for two families is easy to achieve. The home is very well equiped with everything you would need including what you would need for children. There was an item missing and one that broke during out stay but it was quickly addressed by the management company once we informed them about it. The management company was easy to deal with and very responsive to any of our communications. The location is excellent on a quiet street and only a few steps from the beach. The water was quite rough and cold when we were there (January) so going into the water was not an option unless you were a good surfer with a wet suit. However the children loved playing at the beach with the buckets and shovel supplied at the home. Jogs along the waterfront then stopping at a local coffee shop was a nice way to spend the mornings. We highly recommend the WindandSea Cafe which is only 2 blocks from the property and have excellent Latte's. The roof top patio was peaceful and a great way to watch the sunset.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
