Enjoy incredible gulf views and breathtaking sunsets from your own private balcony. This two-bedroom, two-bath, gulf-front condominium is beautifully decorated and is the largest (1520 square feet) you will find on Navarre Beach.
We just bought a brand new flat screen HDTV for the unit! We also recently upgraded our condo with brand new beds in the Guest bedroom. Located on the second floor, you are only steps away from the beach and the heated pool. Relax on the unusually large balcony that spans the entire width of the condominium.
The balcony can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living area (see floor plan below). The Regency has over 400 feet of private beach and is proud be the least congested condominium in the area. Emerald-green waters and snow-white sand await your pleasure.
Navarre Beach is known for its relaxed atmosphere and is less crowded than the neighboring beaches. A large pier is in walking distance and offers fishing, music, and entertainment. Destin and Pensacola are less than 30 minutes away.
Our condominium has nine-foot ceilings, a large fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with a 52-inch large screen TV (VCR/DVD/and stereo/CD player). The master suite has a king-sized bed, TV/VCR//DVD, and private bath with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two double-sized beds, TV/VCR/DVD, and adjoining bath with whirlpool tub. The living area is furnished with a queen-size sofa sleeper. This condominium will comfortably sleep six.
On the ground floor of the Regency you will find charcoal grills, and storage for your bikes, water toys, beach chairs, etc.

Just returned from our fall vacation in Navarre Beach. Never have done the beach thing in the fall, but have to say this may be my new favorite time to go. The weather was perfect, the beach was quiet and relaxing and the water was gorgeous! #205 is beautifully decorated and up to date. This condo is very spacious, more so than the pictures give credit. We had six people and there was plenty of room and we were all very comfortable. The area was new to us and we loved it! Very quiet and calm and we all enjoyed the views from the pier...where my husband spent most of his time fishing. Lots of sea life, too. We saw dolphins, sea turles, rays...everything. Dolphins spent three hours one morning fishing in the shallows right in front of the condo!! Awesome place...can't wait to come back!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

From the first night when George the egret flew in and watched us to the sunrise I watched from MY comfy bed with the huge wall of doors open to the sound of the waves -- to the relaxing evenings gazing at the numerous stars from the LONG balcony, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had only happy surprises: the extra towels in the laundry room, the beach and pool toy "co-op" others left behind, the huge closet in the master. We picked Navarre for its beauty and proximity to National Seashore. We were lucky enough to catch the Blue Angels midweek at Pensacola Naval Air Station just thirty-five minutes away and walked to the pier and rented tackle for the two seven year olds to try their hand at fishing. Kids enjoyed the pool and we did use the grill one evening. Mostly, we walked down two flights to the sabdy white beach and relaxed. Only small drawback was that the beds in the second bedroom were not very supportive for an adult.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

When we arrive at our condo in Navarre Beach Regency, we immediately unwind from our busy lives. Looking out from the balcony to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico is breath taking. Sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf cannot be matched. Mornings searching for porposes are great especially the occasional sighting of the porposes jumping out of the water. Swimming in the Gulf and riding the waves is great exercise.
