    • Dear Neal and family, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely delightful ocean view condo with us. By far, it is one of the nicest places to stay in the area. We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Poipu Sands #212 and look forward to coming again. The condo is equipped with all the necessities you will need during your stay. (cooler, boogy board etc) We enjoyed the sunsets, the Napali Coast (Holo-Holo Charters-Port Allen), the drive from Poipu to Ke'e Beach stopping along the way to see all the beaches, boogy boarded at Brennecke's,swimming at Poipu Beach park, the serene Mahaulepu Beach, eating at Keoki's Paradise,Pomodoro's, Roy's, Joe's on the Green,Kalaheo Coffee Co., and of course, the Beach House. The best Mai Tai's were at Keoki's. The drive to Waimea Canyon is worth going to the end of the road to Kokee Park. Best time to go is the am-views are outstanding. Horseback riding is another great experience. There is a ranch just past the Hyatt. Mahalo Neal for the best memorable vacation yet. Diane and Art DiGiovanni, Massachusetts

    • We absolutely LOVED our stay at Poipu Sands #212 and would recommend it to anyone considering a place to stay in the area. The condo was very modern and all the small amenities from home were included. We had our breakfast every day on the lanai as we looked out over the ocean. We also took many beautiful walks just minutes away, the location was perfect for that. After reading the guest book, we found out that we weren't the only ones who enjoyed our stay at the condo - there were so many positive comments and also great recommendations of things to do and places to go (Beach House Restaurant at sunset is a must!). Neal, you have done a marvelous job with this place and we can't wait to return for another Kauai vacation!

    • Dear Jaymes Family, MAHALO for your spectacular condo, friendliness and professionalism. My husband and I stayed in Poipu Sands for one week and it was in the top two best vactions we have had. (Ohau, London, Southern England, Mexico and Jamaica just don't compare, although southern England is close!) It's location is perfect, close to the many beaches, next door the Hyatt (don't miss having dinner here at Tidepools restaraunt...the food is awesome and the aumbiance is very romantic). The condo was quiet, immaculate and very tastefully decorated and the large tub was a nice way to soak your muscles each night after playing hard all day! A quick walk thru the beautful grounds and you are at Shipwreck Beach where watching the surfers was fun and the hike will give you views you cannot get from the beach, a walk in the opposite direction takes you through town and to Poipu Beach where we spent MANY hours body surfing on terrific waves. We saw lots of sea turtles and a monk seal sunnig itself on the lava rocks here. We also recommend dinner at Beach House where you will see the sunset and again, have a very romantic dinner and the service is excellent. Be sure to take your camera! Roys restaraunt was nice, a little crowded and noisy, but nice. The best place we found for yummy appetizers and killer Mai Tais was Keoki's Bar & Grill. The beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers you supplied were greatly appreciated and we used them daily. I cannot say enough good things about Poipu Sands #212, we will return for whale season next time! Thank you again Neal!
