Low Season .. $1400/week .. $225/night plus $100 cleaning fee
Rate on 2BR/1BA units is $150-$175/night plus $50 cleaning fee
High season rates in effect Memorial Day through Labor Day.
One (1) week minimum in July & August (Saturday to Saturday).
Check-in: 4pm, Check-out: 12pm
