  We had an amazing stay at Las Brisas. I wish I could rate this six stars. It is a beautiful, well-furnished property in a very quiet, safe, scenic neighborhood. Only a short walk from the beach and even shorter walk to the pool - both are very convenient. Equidistant from Destin and PCB which both offer plenty of shopping, entertainment and additional dining. It could easily sleep six or seven, and although we do not have children the area and home are very family friendly. Nice flat screen tvs in each room, cable, in-house theater sound system for light music, etc. Kitchen is well-furnished with like-new appliances and washer/dryer. We could not have asked for a better location for a relaxing stay, and April was a perfect time to visit. Rosemary Beach is also a lovely neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants within a quick walk, and the beach features mostly residents or guests of the area, so it's very clean and quiet. Not a lot of through traffic or transient visitors which makes for a nice, low-key vacation. Would recommend and certainly would stay here again!

  Stayed at Las Brisas over Christmas and New Year holidays, and everything was perfect! Great location on a beautiful park, short stroll to the town square with great shopping, dining, and atmosphere. Another few steps to a beautiful beach. Cozy cottage with luxury appointments. Loved it!

  Fantastic cottage with plenty of room, great location on the "pocket park" which affords a place for the children to frolic while we enjoy a beverage on the porch. Loved the front and rear porchs, but the best was the second floor porch with rockers and hammock - what a way to spend a lazy afternoon with a book! All the amenities and updates that you would want, and the bunks were great for the kids, as was the third full bath. We'll be back next year, if not sooner!

  This is an absolutely beautiful beach home with updated appliances and amenities. It is extremely close to the beach and to the pool. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The back deck is the perfect spot for early morning coffee or for late night chats. The living room and dining area were perfect for nights in. There is more than enough space for a group and having 3 bathrooms was a huge perk when trying to get ready at night. I plan on making many return visits to Las Brisas and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway location!

  Loved everything about this home: location, size, decor. Stayed here as part of a weeklong girls trip with four other women and had zero complaints. The property feels less like a beach house and more like a home -- a big plus in my book -- and it slept all of us comfortably. More importantly, it has three FULL bathrooms, meaning all five of us could shower and get ready without worry. It's easy walking distance to "downtown" Rosemary Beach and the ocean, and is just steps from the butterfly garden. Hope to book again next fall for just my husband and me!

  I can't say enough about "Las Brisas"! It is a beautiful beach home with all of the latest amenities that is located within walking distance of the beach and the town square. I can't wait to return year after year!!!

  Las Brisas was the perfect home for our girls getaway week. It has all the amenities one could ask for...even a personal hammock. It's walking distance to fantastic shopping, dining, and of course the beach! It was a magical place that I look forward to returning to.

  I cannot say enough good things about Las Brisas. We enjoyed such a blissful family vacation this past summer with our two young girls. The house is fabulous and Rosemary Beach is a perfect community for a relaxed, serene getaway. We will be back!

  Several childhood friends and I reunited for a "girls' week" at Rosemary Beach. We stayed at Las Brisas and had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the beach was serene, and the house was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

  An exceptional cottage on a beautiful park in Rosemary Beach! Close to everything and a great house for our family. Loved the second story porch with hammock for lazy day reading or napping. Great floorplan with plenty of room, even a 3rd full bath and a bunk area for the children. Thanks for the bikes for use by guests. We will be back!
