Enjoy Northern Michigan from this beautiful 2200 square foot vacation chalet. Nestled on 80 wooded acres just seven miles west of Gaylord on paved road, this home has four large bedrooms with queen beds and three sofa beds, to sleep 14 comfortably.

This home features three full baths, one with whirlpool, and a large fully-equipped country kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils and towels.

The great room has a 50 inch large screen TV with satellite and DVD player. There is also a stone fireplace in the great room. The finished basement has a brick fireplace, pool table and two double sofa beds.

Also included are laundry facilities, water softener, firepit (some wood provided), two and a half car attached garage, central air, forced-air heat, phone, coffee pot and linens.

Enjoy your stay in nature while being close to everything you want to do. A short drive into Gaylord provides you with restaurants, shopping, movies and anything else you may want.

Centrally located, you are close to golf, beaches, parks, boating, fishing, hunting, biking trails, skiing (cross country and downhill), snowmobiling, all season fun!

  • Great House. My brothers and I stayed for 4-days (3 Nights) and had a blast. There was no snow for us to snowmobile, but we do live in Michigan. Mike was great to talk to and work with. Even though mother nature gave us warm weather instead of snow we still had tons of fun at the house. The BIG SCREEN tv with DVD player was great fun watching. The pool table in the basement also provided lots of entertainment. This was our first time here and we are already planning a 2006 visit. The house is very roomie with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Great value. Highly recommend.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Elmira. Every conceivable convenience was avaiable from an iron and ironing board to the big screen TV(great for watching the Olympics)! I've never stayed in a more peaceful place! The 80 wooded acres are like a park, with miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking. We swam and fished at a quiet little lake nearby, that had no other people. It was a treat to not have to deal with jet skiers and jet boats for a change. Our 2 year old was thrilled to go for pony rides at the nearby Pony Express Stable. The house is just a few minutes drive from grocery stores and other types of shopping in Gaylord. Mike and Laurie were very helpful , accessable hosts. Our stay was a real blessing for our whole family!
