See the ocean and beach spreading out for miles in both directions when you stand on the large balcony of this very special, recently redecorated 4-BR beach front condominium. Located on the third floor of 4-story building (served by elevator) in the small, beautifully landscaped Sunset Beach community, within sight of popular Rosemary Beach and only six miles east of Seaside. Repainted inside this fall. Also new heating and a/c system along with new large refrigerator.
King bed in master bedroom (which has an ocean view), queen bed in second bedroom (ocean view also), two double beds in third bedroom, trundle bed in fourth bedroom (ocean view also) folds out into two single bed. Discover why almost half of our guests come back again!
Guests enjoy the free use of a large beach umbrella and two beach chairs daily from April 1 through October 31.

We have stayed along the gulf area in condos and houses with our family for years and this is one of the few times we have stayed at a place twice. Thats because we are always on the hunt for something better but we all agree we may have landed. This condo delivers because it is huge for a 4 bedroom and it is totally quiet. No overhead or plumbing noise from the neighbors. Also totally convenient for my 78 year old mom who loved the elevator and short boardwalk. We cooked in every night except for one pizza run and loved the convenience of Publix 8 minutes away and Goatfeathers II about 5 miles west. No wonder Gerry has a 80% repeat rate, it is deserved.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We stayed at this condo Labor Day weekend 2009 with 2 other families. It was clean, and relaxing. We enjoyed the great view of gulf from the wall of windows in the living room. Bedrooms are comfortable with great storage. The condo is right on the beach and near the pool without sacrificing the privacy. We would love to come back any time.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.
