It is a smaller, quiet condo complex with just 5 buildings and is meticulously well maintained. Once you stay here, you'll never want to go anywhere else!
Featured condo offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a wonderful view of the pool as well as the main channel of the lake. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room has a beautiful fireplace, and plenty of seating. Elegant crown molding thoughout the unit. Mealtime is relaxing and enjoyable at the patio set on the screened in balcony overlooking the lake. There is just one flight of steps from the parking lot into the condo. It is an end unit, with two directional views.
This condo is right on the water with spectacular views of the lake from both the living room and master bedroom. All the conveniences of home is yours at this "escape at the lake"! On those cool days, relax by the fireplace as you gaze upon the tranquility of the lake. And on those hot days, enjoy watching the boats go by on the main channel from the large wrap-around deck of the beautiful lakeside pool.
There is a parkette with covered pavilion, picnic tables and barbecue grills for picnicking. Bay Point also offers a clubhouse with restrooms poolside, and covered well-lit boat docks. We just got back from a stay at Bay Point. The condo was great (2 BR/2 BA) - with a great view of the lake and pool area. This is our favorite place to stay in the area. We like Horseshoe Bend - and this is a smaller complex - with a great pool. It was very busy the weekend of the 4th - so when we come back in a year or two - we'll pick a different week!
