The View/Coral Bay, is a perfect getaway for couples or a small family. The expansive deck looks directly down at Coral Bay and the turquoise waters dotted with sailboats. Wonderful location, closest house to town; walk down the hill to several restaurants or rent a jeep for a 5 minute drive to 5 different beaches.The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and lovely ocean breezes blowing on top of the hill. The living room has a queen size Murphy bed to accommodate a third family member or friend. Two lane paved road to the house with parking and two steps to your private deck. Indoor tile/stone shower. The kitchen and furniture are decorated with local arts ceramic art work. The newly constructed building has mahogany floors and cypress ceilings. The house comes with a tandem kayak for your free use. If you want to gaze at the ocean during the day and stars at night on your private deck with hot tub this house is the affordable choice.

We had a wonderful time at The View - the location was great, the accommodations comfortable and thew view from the deck was absolutely stunning! We would definitely recommend it for those who want to relax and get away.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This cottage is supplied with everything you need. The view is amazing and its on the one dollar bus route. Best location on Island! Close to 3 bar & grills, internet/mail service at the bottom of the hill. You have to stay 2 wks at this location to see all the beaches. Coral Bay Rocks with no problem parking. After staying here all my friends are booking a trip to St. John The house keeper is helpful and has great suggestions on where and who to talk with to save money. If you have the budget, I would suggest a car rental from St. Thomas and car ferry over. Get a 4 wheel drive so you can drive anywhere. No budget, back pack in so you can ride the dollar bus. You can use your thumb and hitch anywhere on island. You will experience the best vacation ever. The price was lower than any other houses we looked at and for the price exceeded our expectations. Hurry and get a date booked. Its everything listed and more. 5star!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My boyfriend and I (ages 28 and 29) wanted a relaxing place to stay but also an adventure. This place is off the beaten path but only 10 mins away from the beach and hiking trails. Restaurants and shops are just down the hill, only a few minutes away. Our days were spent at the beaches, snorkeling and sun bathing (Lameshur Bay, Vie's Beach), and our afternoons and evenings were spent marveling at the beautiful view from the hot tub on the deck. This is a great place for young couples that want to get away. The house is fully furnished and the perfect size for two people and for the price we paid it exceeded our expectations. I will be booking my trip for next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We just returned from staying at this comfortable cottage and were quite happy with its overall offerings. The price was much lower than the other houses we looked at but we were suprised and the lovelness of the house. It had a spectacular panoramic view of Coral Bay and surrounding mountains, large deck with lovely ocean breezes and hot tub. You can hike down the hill to several restaurants and bars, including the famous Skinny Legs. There are five beautiful beaches about a five minute drive this rental location. We used the complementary kayak twice and it was a great getaway to remote beaches we would not have seen. St. John vacationing offers plenty of things to see and do – enjoy the slow paced island timeRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here on our honeymoon with my wife. It was perfect!!! We loved St. John and Coral Bay for its authentic USVI experience. This house, with its beautiful views, proximity to such USVI institutions as Skinny Legs, and easy access to the best beaches (including locals only Vi's Beach) met and exceeded our expectations. It was great having free use of the kayak. The location is great for young folks who want to explore the island. Perched high above Coral Bay the front porch is a great place to relax throughout the day and cocktail evening. The house’s decor and amenities is quintessential St. John. We can’t wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
