Outdoors enjoy the covered patio with additional seating. Cool off in the large pool with rock water slide, swim up bar and sunbathing area. BBQ on built in grill and enjoy smores on the outdoor fireplace with built in seating. Also, included is a large charcoal grill/smoker for use. We took a little mini vacation with 6 other couples. The house has plenty of space! The weather was warm and beautiful and with such a lovely "home base" we had a great time. The pool is gorgeous and very serene - it was a little cold for my taste but several in our group did take a dip! We ventured out to the art walks and farmers market in Gilbert which was very enjoyable. There are grocery stores and shopping close by. We ate out for lunch but had breakfast and dinner at the house. The kitchen is very large and it worked great for buffet style eating. I had to contact the owner once via text and she was very helpful. The airport is an easy drive to the house. There is ample parking and lots of space for a big group. I highly recommend the rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We rented this home for a management retreat. The home comfortably slept 7. It provided plenty room for the group to meet and having useful space outside was an added bonus. We appreciate how accommodating the owner was with regards to check in and check out times. The home's proximity to the airport, restaurants and shopping is great as well. We appreciate that the owner followed up the next day to ensure everything went well. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious and beautiful home at a reasonable price.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

what a beautiful home, was surprised at how clean and new everything was. the home had everything with plenty of space for everyone. the refrigerator was stocked with beverages and snacks, the owner lives real close by and even came by to make sure everything was ok and dropped off extra towels. The owners are very nice and go out of there way to make sure everything was as we wanted. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a luxorious and spacious home to accomodate a big family.... We have a group of 8-10 people that have been coming to the phx area for years for a golf vacation, have rented many different homes and this one is by far the best place ive stayed. Everything in the home is upscale, from the appliances to the countertops to the tile and especially the pool. This place is better than any 5 star hotel, the home comfortably slept all 10 of us without anyone getting in anyone elses way, plenty of bathroom space and the loft upstairs is a great place to watch the games, nice tv and a beautiful big comfortable couch, the owners were great, they even stocked the fridge for us before we arrived. The location is great, just a couple blocks away is the santan area with dozens of restaurants and bars, we usually stayed in the scottsdale area but i would recommend this part of town over scottsdale anyday, if ur looking for a 1st class place to stay i would strongly recommend this home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
