Enjoyed stay at this property very much. Close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to beaches but traffic could be somewhat of a delay, but dont be deterred. Close to Sannibel Island and Cape Coral. Condo has ample space and everything is in working order. Lanai is nice but doesnt get a lot of sun. Workout room was very good and very easy to take a morning walk on property. Most of people on site are at least 55 with most above that. I would definitely rent this condo again.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: My wife and I love the beach and resort like vacation and we travel to Cancun and Riviera Maya Mexico many times and wanted a place closer to home. We feel that Ft Myers, FL gives us that beautiful white sandy beach and warm Gulf Coast water.
